Keith and his assistant Vincent were awesome! They quickly diagnosed my problem and determined the part was under warranty. Vincent answered my questions well. A new part was quickly brought (motor) and installed. They were very professional and the price was fair. Vincent is being taught well.
Fresh Air & Heat is my go to whenever I need my a/c serviced. I have also had all my ductwork replaced by them. Keith is reliable, thorough, fair, professional, and you will never be disappointed with him and his company. I trust Keith and he has never let me down! This company is the best!!!
Another in a long list of AC business in Palm Bay/Melbourne that never calls you back. I called twice trying to setup an appointment for service and both times was told someone would call me back to set u[p the time. No callback in 2 days. So unprofessional. So sick of all these companies that treat prospective customers like dirt.
Keith was very responsive. He was thorough and explained everything as he did it as well as advised on maintenance. Highly recommend.

Keith was very prompt and knowledgeable about my system. He came out and evaluated the issue very quickly, and provided several options on how to proceed. We ended up getting the whole system replaced and are happy we did, they were timely, and did an extremely professional job. The fit and finish is impeccable and Keith and Chris’ attention to detail was fantastic. He even went above and beyond and relocated my return grille to a more appropriate location. They are very friendly and fairly priced. I highly recommend Fresh Air and Heat 👍🏼👍🏼
