We had an old HVAC unit that was more costly to repair than it was to replace. They responded quickly and installed the new unit. Very pleased with their service and we highly recommend them!

Alberto really came through for us--on speed, flexibility, price, and customer relations. I contracted with Magnolia Plumbing to replace our rooftop A/C. They removed the old unit with a crane, tore the cardboard off the new one...and realized it wouldn't fit. And then they hardly communicated. So I was left without A/C for a few weeks, as it got hotter. I scrambled to find another company. Alberto responded quickly. We went from initial contact to installation of a package heat pump in 12 days. His workers were polite and friendly, and went the extra mile--well, 12 feet--to replace an old thermostat cable in the inaccessible attic with a modern, many-stranded one, which other companies would not promise to do. In my experience this family-run company won't give you the most polished, corporate customer experience but they make up for it by being nimble and resourceful. I was flexible in return, for example, letting them throw in whatever thermostat they had in the the truck, knowing that I'd just replace it on my own dime the next week. It worked fine that way. I don't know yet if the company will stand behind its work in the years to come if something goes wrong. But for the price, quality, and speed of work so far, I'm happy with my choice. The parts warranty comes from Bosch, which lists Fresco as a certified installer. For annual service, I'll have many options. For labor costs of repair I'll self-insure.
