We needed our whole HVAC system replaced. Miki was very easy to communicate with. He arrived on time And the installation was done quickly. Thankfully the weather has been flip flopping so we have been able to test both the heating and cooling and both are working great! :)
I highly recommend Freezing Hot, we used them last summer to service our AC unit and they did a good job so I kept their number. A couple of weeks ago when we tried to turn the AC it wouldn’t work so I called Miki who scheduled me right away, they were on time, found the issue, replaced the part and our AC unit was working again. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional, and affordable. Will use them again and will recommend to anyone who needs HVAC service.
We got lucky enough to get Miki through our home warranty, since then, he's been out go to for the last 2 years. He's worked on our boiler system and knows exactly what needs to be done. There are many specialists that claim they understand boiler systems, he ready has a great knowledge of them. He also handles our HVAC system too. We unfortunately had one go out on us, Miki and Alex helped us out with a new carrier/Bryant system and we couldn't be happier. Their attention to detail is great and the professionalism is top notch. Would give the team a 6/5 if I could. Thank you again for the help over the years, we always know who to call for tune ups and help when in need!!!
I recently had an excellent experience with Freezing Hot. Their technician arrived promptly and was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my air conditioner and provided a clear explanation of the problem and the required repairs. The pricing was also very reasonable. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services.

We used Freezing Hot LLC to install a humidifier and called them again with an AC issue. We couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism! It’s hard to find people who will do what they say they will do these days. They installed/fixed everything perfectly, explained everything to us, and we know who to call when we need help again! Highly recommended!
Where do I start? Let's start with the quote. They came out fast, and they came with a too good to be true quote!! It was better than the others that are "bigger" and "reliable" and "advertising". They provided the quote via email and followed up with another one per my request (added work). Both quotes were extremely competitive and very reasonable. So on to the work performed. After accepting the quote for service I was set up with the next available appointment (2) days later. Which was perfect for me and my needs as this was not an emergency situation. When they got there, they were early and had everything that they needed. They got to work right away. They were diligent about the work involved. They got the job done in a few hours. This was a furnace replacement. Not an easy undertaking as my furnace is in a very inaccessible location. The replacement was name brand (Bryant) not an "off" brand or generic. It came with a warranty! If you are looking for a place to get a new furnace or air conditioning unit this place is definitely worth a shot!!! Please don't let this gem of a place slip through your sights!!
Our heating system start blowing cold air a day before the weekend which is our busiest days.I need it to be repaired ASAP.I called FREEZING HOT (Miki ) and he fixed it in just a couple of hours .Great customer service,fast service, and professional. He even called today to ask if the heating system was working fine. First company that I work with that does that.
Excellent company to work with. The owner who runs the company is very professional, honest, energetic, always on time and very reasonable, as far as pricing. In the past, I was doing business with different contractors, but in my opinion, Freezing Hot LLC simply does not have a competition. I used them multiple times and I was always extremely satisfied with the service. I highly recommend doing business with them.
Reliable, professional service. These guys stand out for fast problem-solving HVAC installation. I worked with Freezing Hot through my home warranty and they were very informative and responsive throughout the entire process of having my HVAC unit replaced. I had a very old unit that needed to be replaced with a specific sized model and they were able to quickly source and install the replacement. They also helped to install a new thermostat with my unit. Highly recommend.
Freezing Hot is top notch. I have used their services multiple times, including having them install a new AC and furnace in my home, and I could not be happier with their service, professionalism, response time, and honesty. Most HVAC companies try to upsell you, but not Freezing Hot. They are honest and recommend only the services and products that you need. Miki and team have also been very responsive every time I have needed them. I highly recommend them to anyone that has any HVAC needs!
Miki and his team are just brilliant. Miki is responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, but most importantly he listens to you as a customer. Miki had previously done a repair to my HVAC under a warranty when I purchased my home. He worked very hard to extend its life, successfully. When it eventually died I hired him to do the replacement, both condenser and air handler. Miki and his team said it was possibly the hardest install they'd done as it was such a tight space (and on the ceiling no less!) but I only knew that afterwards, no hassle or griping, just got on with it and with zero mess or fuss. If only all contractors were as incredible!
Our 20+ year old AC system finally gave out. The Freezing Hot team did a fantastic job installing our new AC system. Professional and budget conscious, I highly recommend Freezing Hot for all your HVAC needs.

I was very happy with the service that Miki the owner provide me. My A/C unit is past it's prime and every couple of years I need to have a part replaced. I called a couple of places and they were booked out a couple of days, but Miki said they could make it that afternoon. I was impressed with the service they provided and cost was in line with my expectation based on having this particular part replaced a few times in the past. IF you are looking for someone that is trying to build his business by giving excellent service at a fair price, make sure you give Miki a call.
Our A/C started to make monstrous noises through the vents and we knew something was wrong. We reached out to Freezing Hot and they were here right away to look at it! Thankfully we were even able to get it replaced asap because the next few days were going to be 100 degrees. We had to replace both heating and cooling. All in all, Miki and Amin were professional and thoughtful with wearing masks and shoe covers. We're glad we went with Freezing Hot and will do so even in the future!
