I am working with my home warranty company on the repair of a cooktop and they scheduled Freeman's to diagnose the issue. The tech was friendly and was on time. He did not take the unit apart to diagnose the issue however, which left a question my mind as this was a high end Viking cooktop. I made one call to the office and it was returned within 24 hours by Gretel. Three subsequent calls left however were never returned. So if you want communication with a provider do not look in Freeman's direction.
Don’t not hire them. They waste your time and money. We’ve gone the whole summer with out air because apparently we need a part but they ordered the wrong part so that took two weeks playing phone tag with them because they don’t reach out to you they wait until your pushed off and call them. From the reviews these warrant companies need to remove them from their network.
Ok folks I have done business with Freeman heating and air for the past 5 years. Up to recently I got great work. However I has mr. Freeman guarantee me that by changing two coils in my commercial spot would end my problems. Before he touched them they worked but froze. Now that he changed the coils I have no air conditioning. He had come back three times yet I have no air. He keeps saying the units are working but I have 86 degree air coming out at my business. He promised to come back several times over that past three weeks and has not made it. I had to call several other companies and was told the coils were installed incorrectly. This must be true since it has not worked since he changed them. Not one day had it worked. I called him yesterday and questioned him about the coils and asked had he installed a flow rate value system. He was supposed to get back to me but I am unimportant. So now I have to go elsewhere. I just lost 3500.00. I would recommend someone else as his quality of work has decreased. He is not dependable or reliable. A guarantee is only worth the man behind it.
