Great service today. First time today calling Ron. We need more people like Ron doing this kind of business. He is very honest and professional. Gave us a honest evaluation, considering the situation that happened with another AC company that screwed us. He managed to find the problem with simple process of elimination and know how the other guys just didn't have. The AC kept shorting and I kept resetting it at the Electrical box. Long story short turns out a wire came loose in the AC unit and it could have fried our whole unit. Best part, he explained everything thoroughly as it happened. Definitely give Ron a call, he also does a bit of electric work as well.
Ron is a knowledgeable straight shooter when it comes to heating and cooling. I value his time, honesty and timely communication.
Ron is very professional. He texted me photos of his work and kept me informed of his progress. Luckily in our case the fix was only a 10 dollar part.

As a real estate attorney here in Arizona, I see many issues with HVAC contractors. Ron and Freedom are the best I’ve e encountered so far. Ron is honest and takes pride in educating customers on what’s broken and how it can be fixed. Ron’s your guy if your AC or heating needs repair.
What else can I say besides IMPRESSED Ron is by far one of the most knowledgeable, kind and customer eccentric business owners I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Ron showed up early and stayed late on one of the hottest days of the year to make sure the job was done the right way. Ron Gimenez is absolutely the best you will find in AZ. He is professional, extremely hard working, honest, trustworthy, a perfectionist. I honestly could go on. Ron was outstanding and I mean that in every sense of the word. I had 2 techs come out to service my 2 month old A/C unit to tell me nothing was wrong even though they were both told I had suspected a leak. Ron shows up and surprise, surprise there was a leak. He was extremely thorough and diligent. He walked me through step by step what he was doing and educating me all the while. I cannot emphasize how pleased I am with his work. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!
No question about it - problems with your A/C...CALL RON!! Finding someone you can trust in this industry is so critical. Integrity seems to be hard to find, but Ron with Freedom Refrigeration is honest and trustworthy. Ron went out of his way to walk me through my A/C issues, educated me over the phone and when he visited the house, showed up on time to help get our A/C back up and running quickly. As a former construction superintendent ,I have dealt with different commercial refrigeration companies in my opinion you will never find anyone more reliable dependable and honest to work on your home refrigeration unit and not be taken advantage of like most of the companies here in the valley

I called Freedom Refrigeration for an AC problem. They called me back right away and fixed my AC issues the same day for a great price. They did not try to sell me stuff I did not need and they educated me on my AC system as well. I highly recommend Freedom Refrigeration & Mechanical.
