Just wanted to make sure my name was listed on the post below. Thanks again Chris! Saturday morning I woke up around 6:30 a.m. and discovered that my AC Unit that is located in my attic was leaking water on to the floor. I called Freedom at 7:30 a.m. and left a voice mail message. At 7:45 a.m. Chris called me back and came out to my home within 30 min. He went up in the attic and discovered that there was water in my drain pan. He took the time to explain why this may have happened and also explained to me what he is able to do in order to fix my leak. He was fast, patient, and is very knowledgeable. After he left my home that morning he called me back later that afternoon just to check to make sure everything was still ok. If I could give him 10 stars I would give him 20! Chris is absolutely awesome!!! I will definitely recommend him to all my friends, neighbors, and family!!!
The repair man was nice he answered every question. First of the person that answered the phone was nice and polite. The price was the best of all 3 places I call.
Called them at 3:14 pm on a Friday. Unit fixed and operational at 6:45 pm. You can't beat that for service!

Called on a Sunday and they were out in an hour. Very professional, polite. Ran down the issues and listened to my explanation of the problem. Solved the problem with my condensate pump causing the outside unit not to come on. Alerted me to an oil leak at the unit that may require further work but did not pressure me. Found wasp nest blocking the condensate tube. Checked the general condition of the unit. Reasonable charges. Definitely will call again.

Have used Mr. Nixon at Freedom HVAC for over 10 years now and he has always been wonderful to deal with. He has repaired old units, installed new units, and just recently had him come out and fix my AC after something chewed through the line. He saved me hundreds over the company that originally put it in and had it going in no time. Hands down the only guy I will use to repair/install HVAC. The only reason I didn't do it when I installed this unit in 2015 was due to him being booked for a solid month. I had lost my old AC the summer before and got by with window units and was just over it all. Unfortunately it cost me $2kish more by having someone else come and all it got me was a big fat estimate before even looking at it for a return customer. Call Chris Nixon at Freedom if you want to not get robbed on your HVAC needs.

We called this company Saturday morning with short notice they showed up and started working that day , check periodically on us to make sure the unit was working properly, I never really leave a review but this was outstanding service and good prices as well, thank you 😊

Freedom HVAC always takes care of our heating and air needs. Their courteous staff goes above and beyond normal business standards. Their no service call fee and free second opinion policies are unheard of in the heating and air business. They have always been honest with us and treated us fair. We highly recommend Freedom HVAC.
