Milad responded quickly and provided excellent service! After several companies didn't respond or return following an initial inspection, Milad evaluated the problem immediately, and did a QUALITY job repairing our A/C . He took the time to run several tests to verify that the leak was fully sealed and holding a cold temperature. Milad was helpful, kind and was an excellent communicator. It was clear that he cares and takes pride in his work. We now have a wonderfully cool home and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Freedom Heating and Cooling!
Milad is the best! He fixed my A/C. He did such a great job that I called him back to fix my water heater. He's everything you'd want in an HVAC guy. He actually cares about fixing your HVAC long term, rather than making a quick buck. For example, before I found Milad, I paid another HVAC guy $500 to "fix" the A/C but it didn't fix the problem. Milad immediately diagnosed the underlying problem and explained it to me. It was more expensive to fix, but it actually fixed it and will work now for many years. You can tell he knows his stuff. He's also very reliable and responsive. And he provides end to end service. For example, since I needed a new A/C and water heater (mine were very old), he went & found the right ones for me, bought & delivered them. And he communicated along the way to make sure I was OK with the price. I'll definitely call him back for my next job and recommend him to my friends.
I had a wonderful experience with Milad. He got back to me quickly to set up an appointment. He called before and arrived at the time we had set up. He is very personable and professional. He did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I am having him do some work for me. I will definitely use him again and refer him to all my friends.
I installed 2 brand new units in my new home and could not be happier with Freedom heating and cooling. Milad is a professional who does the cleanest work and takes his time until you are satisfied. I am a business owner and in Real Estate and was always looking for a reliable HVAC guy/ company who I can rely on. Milad exceeded all expectations and will be using Freedom Heating and Cooling for all of my needs going forward. HIGHLY recommend. It will be the best decision of your life. Would give 100 stars if I could.
Freedom Heating and Cooling was great! I was having issues with the AC in my new home. Milad came out and right away realized there were leaks, as my attic was very cool. He covered all the leaks and checked everything else. He was very professional and affordable. I 100% recommend him. This guy knows what he is doing!!!
I found Milad when I contacted my homeowner's insurance about a weird smell coming from my HVAC unit. The first guy they sent out was an old man who did not solve the problem and did the bare minimum. I called our homeowner's insurance again. This time they sent Milad. Milad went above and beyond to figure out what the problem was. He inspected our furnace and AC, cleaned them both, and changed our filter. That did the trick. After that experience, I knew Milad would be our (I live with my sis) HVAC professional for life. He came over today to install an iwave whole home purifier. Once again, he went above and beyond. He checked our filter after installation and installed the new one we had in the garage. Milad is honest, professional, affordable, and trustworthy, which is extremely important to me and my sis. Being single women, it is hard to find trustworthy professionals. We've been taken advantage of before. I HIGHLY recommend his services and will refer him to all of my friends and family.
Milad with Freedom Heating and Cooling was nothing short of AMAZING. Freedom was the 3rd company we have called to come fix our air-conditioning in the past 1.5 years. I was about to lose my mind. Milad took the time to diagnose the issue and we FINALLY have WORKING AIR! Yahoo! He is very knowledgeable and very friendly and professional. I wish we had originally called Freedom! We would have saved a ton of money. I 100% recommend them. Thank you Milad!
The job was well done and the communication is great. Was not there a minute late as well got the work done in a timely fashion. If I ever require services again I will definitely be calling here again.
