I called and spoke to Dennis on the phone around 10am yesterday. He informed me that he would get in touch with 1 of his technicians, specifically Julian, and see if he would be able to service our furnace within the same day. Around 12noon/1pm on the same day, Julian was at my mom's house and he was professional, courteous, and very thorough with his explanation of the issue. The furnace was blowing cold air constantly due to a clogged filter and a switch being disconnected. It took him about 10-15 mins to diagnose & repair everything. This company is prompt, provides great customer service, follows through and even provides an invoice for payment with detailed info. We WILL be utilizing their services again & recommending them to our friends and family. God bless this company!!!!!
Fantastic experience - our AC unit was not working. I called Freedom Air Mechanical and our unit was fixed in under 2 hours after calling. Highly recommend!

Dennis was referred to me by a close friend for a furnace/thermostat install. He was prompt, thorough, courteous and reasonably priced. We plan on having our a/c updated in the spring, will definitely be using his services again. Highly recommend.

The service was top notch. I contacted the the company on a Sunday not expecting any response. To my surprise, the serviceman not only answered but used FaceTime to help walk me through an issue with a fuse. So I definitely recommend this company for their customer service alone.
