We have only good things to say about Roman and his company Freedom Air and Heat. Having your AC go out is scary to know who to call. Roman came highly recommended, and we now highly recommend this company. Great communication via phone and while on the job. He explained everything and showed us what was going on so we understood. The installation was done better than what we previously had in place. We will only use Freedom Air and a Heat from now on.

Freedom air and heat replaced my complete ac unit. My experience with them was great. I will be using them for all of my ac needs going forward. They have won me over for my repeat business. It was evident that they want to do the best job possible,, and they want their customers satisfied.. No other ac company has done that for me since I have moved here (Plano) back in 2006.
