THANK GOODNESS FOR FREEDOM AIR! I am late getting to this, BUT I cannot sing this company's praises loud enough. A couple of months back my heat went out in our home. This wouldn't normally be a big issue except it was during one of spastic Savannah's weather mood swings. IT. WAS. COLD. We have a tortoise, and her little heat lamp was NOT cutting the mustard. I called several companies around the area. Finally, a coworker told me about this company. I called them and told them my dilemma. The owner, Tom Scott, actually came out to do the repair. Him and his technician had my heat kicking the same day. Y'all. They were in freezing cold rain, busting their butts, and did not complain once. I am blessed to have found you. Thank you so much for the level of professionalism that your company exhibited. Though, I hope nothing happens to my unit.... I know EXACTLY who to call if anything does. Thanks Tom and crew!!!
Set an appt with me and then said "thought I was just suppose to just call"(?) Why woulld you set me an appt. to call me? Had to miss work with no pay and then he said there was no way he could come...would have to reschedule. Um...no not getting that chance again.!!!!
Amazed at the technical knowledge y'all have. Sorry about the yapping puppies! Thanks for prompt and courteous service as always. It's great to be able to completely trust someone. Have told my friends and family. Thanks again
Very good very professional and know air conditioning can't imagine someone writing a bad review must have been a bad customer
Technicians came to my home, just like scheduled. However, when they arrived, one of the men had THE WORST attitude. He was very rude. He wanted to walk through my house with his dirty work boots....on my white carpet. I explained I needed his shoes covered because I have a small child with severe allergies. He went outside and called his supervisor and yelled about how he didn't care about my carpet. The other man actually just went and got his shoe covers. Then, instead of addressing the problem he came to check, he yells at me from outside of my house and attempts to give a diagnostic without seeing or hearing anything. When he finally came in the house to listen to what the problem was, while waiting for the air to come on, he made several sarcastic and rude remarks. Needless to say, because of his rude unprofessional behavior nothing was accomplished because he had to leave my home. Save yourself the time, trouble, or being disrespected while you dish out hundreds of dollars for someone to repair your HVAC system. Call another provider.
