Fred and Alex offer excellent affordable service. Promptly arrived 8:30am day after holiday to service my Trane AC. We use Fred's Service twice yearly to keep our unit tuned up and free of issues. 5 star Service and Very Pleased.
Fred was responsive and punctual and after having another company no show on me-his reliability was much appreciated. He did a great job diagnosing an intermittent problem. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again!!
I called Fred at 11:15 on a Saturday to come take a look at my AC. It was 80 degrees in my house. His brother came over and we had cold air in less than an hour. Great service! Very professional. And, didn't price gouge us for a Saturday call.
I called Fred's Heating and cooling on a Sunday thinking that my capacitor went out. It was raining violently when I called him, and we decided to wait until it died down. He showed promptly, jumped right on my situation and found my true issue. It was the motor that went bad, on my second floor unit. Fred had a new motor and replaced it. Now my 15 year old unit is humming again, and blowing cold air. It's running quieter than my neighbors brand new unit. Fred is the man! If you live in Mattews, NC. Don't hesitate to call him, he will take care of your issues, and won't pressure sale you into buying new equipment, when you gently used equipment can be repaired. Call Fred....thanks Fred!
Fred was such a great help when our AC went out the first day of 85F in the City of Charlotte . We own a condo and just recently moved in. We live in a building that has many problems regarding access ( security and access to condensing units ) for a HVAC contractor. Fred was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and really a big help ! We have a home warranty in place and were pleased with the service and result ! We appreciate his good job ! Thank you
Fred arrived an hour after I called. Exactly when he said he would. Discovered the issue in about 10 minutes. Fixed the problem and did some preventative work on possible future issues. He was here for about an hour. Heat is back on working fine. The cost was fair and reasonable. I’m happy I called him. He is now my new Heating & Cooling guy.

Prompt, extremely helpful and solved our problem in less than an hour. This morning our shop AC unit was tripping the breaker and sending condensation out the emergency port, so I called Fred. He arrived within an hour identified our problem (extremely dirty fan), remedied it and now the AC is working better than ever. Thank you Fred!

Fred has provided much needed support multiple times. During his last service call, our zone damper broke, he gave me a direct link to an affordable replacement motor so the whole damper did not have to be replaced. I highly recommend his service!
I wish I could I rate this company a zero but, this is the worst I can give this company. The first day my wife talked to this man, he was rude to her. I remained civil for her and because he hadn’t started the job yet. When he finally came to do the job, he walked in and out of the house with his dirty boots. You might ask why didn’t I say anything. Well, I work 3rd shift and was sleeping while he worked. My wife left the door unlocked and he came on in. Back to my story, he never once used any boot covers, so he stained every step Going to the 2nd floor, the landing, and the room he had to use to get to the attic. I called this man after he left and told him what he did and he denied it. I’m sorry, but my wife and I don’t walk inside with our shoes on. The stains weren’t there before Fred got here, and he left his evidence all the way to the attic ladder. I would leave pictures if it gave me the option, but I can promise there is better companies and people with better manners in this area.

This our Heating and Air condition service provider he’s great and always on time and polite . This guy knows his stuff Will never try to rip you off He will provide with an explanation of your units condition and the required service needed
Had a company come out today said it will cost $1000 plus tax. I call Fred he comes out gets my heat on replaces the motor, belt and capacitor. Charged me $450. Thank you for saving me alot of money and he also came by 3 hours after the phone call. He is the man and if you have any issues with your cooling or heating hes is the guy. Being trustworthy is hard to find!!!

BEST AC REPAIR SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. My husband's shop system was condemned by a "local big name" Heating and Air company, who said he needed to spend $9,000 replacing the entire heating and air conditioning system. Fred came out quickly and $480 later it's running like new!! If you're told your heating and air conditioning system needs replacement, do yourself a favor and ask Fred to give you a second opinion.
Fred came out and fixed our ac on a sat. Nite . Nice, friendly guy and knows his stuff about a/c and heating/ very fair pricing! Call Fred , he won't rip you off and keeps his appointments unlike other companies in the area!
