I called FRASCONA on a Saturday 10 AM and two hours later Nicolas had the A/C was working. It's been two weeks and the A/C is cooling better than it was before it stopped working. I am giving five stars and two thumbs up. Responsive and Professional.
My air conditioning stop working Saturday night after looking for companies online I found Frascona Hvac. I call and there customer service schedule me a service call right away, within the hour I had a technician troubleshooting my system, they found a refrigerant leak located in the inside indoor coil. The technician explained to me that this is an aluminum coil and it's a special welding they need. Luckily they were able to fix the leak and charge refrigerant to the unit. The price was very affordable even though it was an emergency, they took care of the problem. My overall experience was excellent. The way of handling business with us was extremely professional. I will highly recommend this company especially in South Florida where we all need air conditioning all year long. THANK YOU!

I called his company because my air conditioning stop working Friday night. After calling multiple companies on Google, FRASCONA answer me within the next 10 minutes. And arrive within the hour to troubleshoot and check out why my air-conditioning stop working. The technician showed me step-by-step what was causing my motor not to run. And determined that the run capacitor and the blower motor needed to be replace. My unit was out of warranty, but they had all the parts in stock. after fixing the unit for about an hour, they were able to turn the AC on my home started to cool quickly. My overall experience was excellent. The technician was very professional they arrive on time. Their quality of service was phenomenal. I cannot be any happier with this company. I will definitely recommend them. HIGHLY recommend!!!!!
Nick was great! We had a late night issue with our rentals AC unit. Nick answered our call for service on a Saturday night and was at our rental within the hour. He made the necessary repairs and explained everything he did in detail. I highly recommend Nick and his company for any ac repair jobs.
