We recently had the pleasure of working with Frank's Heating and AC, and they did an outstanding job. From the moment we contacted them, they were responsive and timely in getting us an appointment. The cost of the job was in line with other companies, so we felt like we were getting a fair price. Once the job began, Frank was neat and tidy while he was working. His office manager kept us in the loop during all phases of our job, which was very helpful. They were also always available to answer any questions we had. We were very pleased with the service we received from Frank's Heating and AC and would not hesitate to refer them to others in need of HVAC work. We highly recommend them!

We needed help to get our Bosch mini-split going after trying to trouble shoot it ourselves. I called many companies and either they weren't able to help or would not return my calls. From the first phone call to the completion of service, Frank's was amazing! Everything is now working, what a stress relief. I highly recommend Frank's and only wish I had found them sooner!

He came out and checked the A/C unit and found the compressor was shorted. He explained all avenues that we could take. We knew our furnace was old so we asked about replacing both furnace and A/C at this time. He said we could do that if we wanted. He gave us fliers on A/Cs and furnaces and we picked the ones we wanted. He ordered them and had them installed in one day. He returned the second day to touch up and installed a new thermostat. Excellent customer relations. Would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Frank.
I have only had one experience with Frank, but it was about as good as it gets. I had, what we later figured out, a short in one of the wires that ran to the thermostat from the HVAC which caused the furnace to turn on instead of the air conditioning. Thinking it was a thermostat problem, I called my Nest support line and they gave me two names of certified Nest companies that were near me. Now, at this point the short was causing my furnace to run instead of my AC and my house was around 90 degrees since I turned it on before I went to bed and didn't realize the problem. Fast forward about 8 hours of talking to Nest support and running up and down stairs to troubleshoot over the phone, I finally come to the point where someone can come out and actually figure out what is wrong. I looked at both of the websites for both companies and easily decided to call Frank's first because of a very simple quote (that I can't remember exactly) that basically said "we do to you what we would want you to do to us". Sold. I called him up and he said that he didn't have another opening for about a week but he could tell that I was in trouble so he will be here in about 30 minutes. He literally saved my life at that point. I was seriously thinking about getting a hotel room for the week since the outside temperature was not cool at all and the inside temperature was even hotter. About 45 minutes after he got to my house he was done and cleaned up. Finally, cold air! He only charged me for the length of wire and the service call minimum. He could have easily said good luck and hung up, but he decided to be a good human and took time to help someone in need. A super nice guy that is extremely honest and offers good work at a reasonable price. I forgot the other place as soon as that job was over and will only call Frank's from now on. If every place was like this, reviews would be obsolete. I can't say enough good things about this company. Well done!
Frank is a completely awesome dude. He's serviced our furnace for the past three years and we've always been happy. He's knowledgeable, patient, friendly, kind, fair, and reliable. He's predicted issues we would face without certain mitigation efforts, and they have come to pass. He's always communicated with us clearly. No games. In fact, he helped me install a washer/dryer unit after a contractor ran out on me. He did this as a favor and I can't thank him enough. Fair prices and trustworthy. I'd recommend his services every day of the week and twice on Sunday 👍

Frank was very professional and easy to work with. He actually finished the job quicker than expected. Other than the new pump, I could hardly tell he and his assistants were there. Liked the availability of the Synchrony account too. Makes paying for the work very convenient. Very satisfied!

I would highly recommended Frank. He installed a Nest thermostat for me and after installation took the time to explain how it works. He is very professional and after he finished the job left my house as clean as when he arrived. Would definitely call him again.
Extremely satisfied with Frank's service. Had an issue with my Nest thermostat and some wiring issues so needed someone Nest certified (which Frank is). Called first thing Monday morning and he came right out and everything was fixed by 10:00 A.M.. Excellent rates and Frank is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Frank's Heating and Air and will be calling him for future HVAC needs.
We needed a furnace tune up and we are very happy to find Frank's Heating and Air Conditioning. He explained the process and showed me the results. Our furnace is running much better after he cleaned the flame sensor. Frank seems to enjoy what he does, and takes a lot of pride in his work. His prices are very reasonable, and I plan on having him back in the spring for an A/C check up.
