Frank arrived on time with the equipment, his son and another helper. They removed the old system and installed a new one. Total time 4 hours. He has his act together. Repaired a minor flue pipe problem for like 10 bucks. You can not go wrong with him & his company. He did not try to sell me bells & whistles. He kept it simple & reasonable. My kind of HVAC guy. After coming home to our A/C not working, Frank came the next day, on mother's day no less, to find out what was wrong. He diagnosed the issue and fixed the system by the next week.
I recently referred Frank to a friend. Another company had scared her into thinking that she needed a new system. Luckily she was able to cancel the contract. Frank looked at the unit and determined that there was nothing wrong with her current furnace. Thank you Frank for saving my friend the cost of a new HVAC system that she cannot really afford at this time.

Frank was very professional and provided very fair pricing. He arrived when he said he would and had our heat pump and furnace replaced within about two hours. I would highly recommend Frank.

Frank really helped us out in our time of need (right when the weather was heating up) when another company was trying to squeeze us dry from every penny we had. Not only was Frank's service and installation way more affordable than anyone else we contacted, but he was friendly, professional and just down to earth. We didn't have to wait very long for our new HVAC system to be installed and luckily, it was RIGHT when temps were heating up again for the Summer. I will never use another company again as long as Frank is still in business and you better believe I'm going to recommend him to all my friends and family for their HVAC woes.
If you want a guy that knows what he’s doing and doesn’t price gouge you, Frank is your guy. He doesn’t mess around and try to sale you overpriced parts you don’t need. I would highly recommend.
Frank Polley was able to diagnose our problem over the phone, come over right away and get it fixed within minutes of our getting in contact with him. He answered our questions and helped us avoid what could have been a huge bill from his competition. We are so grateful to him - there is no one else we could recommend more for HVAC.

We are loving the comfort and cost savings of the Carrier Infinity heat pump with Green Speed which Frank installed. Frank is the 'best of the best' in terms of knowledge, experience, and integrity and honesty. The only company I would call for all of my HVAC needs.
