Franco's Plumbing is the best company I have ever used for plumbing issues, heater issues and A/C issues. They go above and beyond. Are quick and efficient and their crew are all around super nice people. I'm a Manager without a maintenance tech right now and they have come to the rescue more times than I can count. Highly recommend them.
They were amazing, worked quickly and in such a beautiful manner. They even called to check up on us. We were living in a hot box it was broken for over a month. And once they received the green light from my landlord they came right away and installed a new one. I have 4 children and the man that came to my door said the job usually takes half a day, but they sent out their best to finish in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend they are awesome.
The company called me on Thursday saying Friday between 12 and five they will be out there to replace the AC part that bad they never called to say that they were running behind they never did anything to let me know that they were not coming I had away all weekend to get a hold of them and then when I finally did talk to them she told me between 9 o’clock and 12 so will be out there to fix the AC but yet they still have not showed up I will never recommend them
Installed my tankless water heater. Had one hiccup after they left but they were back the next day to make it right. I will call them again if I need any future needs.
My senior parents had no hot water in the house and I called Franco's and they were there first thing the next day. My parents said they were very respectful and did a great job. Also fixed 2 faucets that were barely dripping and installed a new faucet in another. I live out of state, they sent pictures to me and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Very much appreciated.
Almost got runned over by one of their vans
