The owner of this company, Chad, is completely unprofessional, insulting, and non-customer-centric. We hired this company to clean our downspouts, and they lost a bit in the pipes. That necessitated either cutting the line and losing the bit (for which we were to be charged $900) or digging pilot holes on top of the line until they could find and retrieve it (an unknown # of holes at multiple thousands per hole). The staff handling the job were cordial, professional, and apologetic, but those two options aren't ideal for a customer who has to pay for this crew losing their equipment. We were given no other choices other than to incur expense for equipment they lost during the job. Again, not ideal as a customer. Even though we paid, I called the owner to simply express that as a customer, having to pay for his crew losing equipment isn't the best customer experience. The owner was disparaging to my wife, who was on site when this was going on, and kept telling me we wouldn't let him finish the job. I pointed out to Chad that that was false -- we were given two options to have his crew retrieve the bit, and we chose one. For some reason, Chad kept coming back to us not letting him complete the job to the point that after the third time he said it, I asked him to stop as it was false and rubbing me the wrong way. Instead of listening and hearing the very clear ask, Chad kept doubling down on us not letting his crew finish the job. In a business with many competitors, I will be taking my future business to a company whose owner is more customer-centric, has an ability to actively listen to simple feedback, and not disparage his customers. In a competitive field with many options, I can't recommend this company given the horrid customer-centricity of its owner.
FoxPlumbing did a lousy job on a maintenance for my HVAC system and I followed up with them to correct that. First of all, very difficult to reach them. Apparently, they don't know how to use emails. I had to call many times to have someone picking up the phone. Then got redirected to someone else named Joe. I had a fairly simple request. Come back and perform the maintenance properly. He asked for pictures but never got back to me. Ultimately I got tired of chasing this company and here I am giving 1 star to Fox Plumbing (honestly you deserve 0 star). I'd not recommend Fox Plumbing to anyone.
I don't do 5 stars, at least not often but Fox warrants it. First, they came in and did and "emergency" water heater replacement for us, while we were out of the country on vacation. Second, when an issue was later identified they promptly took care of it with no complaints or issues. I would use them again with no hesitation. Thank you to Chad and his team.
What a joke, save your breath and call the next plumber listed. I called Fox because they say they do plumbing emergencies and we needed a plumber, because we have as plumbing emergency, one which is listed on their website that they do. I had the pleasure of speaking with Stephanie, who no joke, asked me if I've worked with them before which I haven't. She literally told me "We're not taking on any new contracts. No third party vendors, contractors, etc." Excuse me? I'm not a vendor, contractor, nor do I want a contract. All I want is a plumber to come out and address an issue which your website lists as an "emergency" issue and tells me to call 24 hours a day for. Friggin' joke.
I have used Fox plumbing in the past, so when my friend called and needed someone to repair his heater I suggested them. He called them Saturday 1/26/2019... here it is 1/29/2019 and they STILL haven't called him back to make the repair.. End result, he went elsewhere. I won't be calling them again either.

Thank you Fox Plumbing and Heating! We came home from a trip to our house freezing at 6pm. They came immediately, fixed the blower there (THANK GOODNESS THEY HAD PARTS!!) and were a reasonable cost from my research. These people are great! Thank you to Raven who was professional, informative and great customer service.
Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. But that is nothing compared to how they got the job done through fixing a really tough sideline problem. . A go to from now on for me.
Fox ran gas to my new kitchen location and fireplace gas insert. They were able to work flexible pipe through some tricky spaces so as not to interfere with my other renovation plans. Very friendly people and reasonable price.
I have used Fox three times over the past 3 years and each time I have been impressed and completely satisfied. From the first answer of the phone to schedule, through a prompt service time, to a completed job; I am always treated professionally and the job is done well. Service staff are courteous, timely, and knowledgeable. I had two jobs done, one inside and one out. David was terrific. I fully recommend Fox and am so glad I found them! You won't be disappointed either!
I had tree roots coming through my main sewer line, which caused a complete clog. Fox sent a tech out and had the problem fixed very quickly. I would definitely recommend Fox plumbing.
Our ancient, 3.5 gal. toilet gave up the ghost yesterday morning. Fast, clean & courteous service provided by Fox this morning and now we have a new Toto toilet up and running. Could not be happier!
One of my tenants broke the handle off the shower and Fox Plumbing was able to get there the next day! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. The price was extremely fair compared to other plumbing companies, who were booked for weeks anyway! Love Fox Plumbing and will use them for all future plumbing needs.
My water heater started leaking Sunday, I left a message that morning and heard back first thing Monday morning and had an appointment later that same day. They provided a quote which I was able to compare with some other companies I had called. It was competitive and the technician (Cory) was very informative, courteous, and friendly. They came back later that afternoon drained and removed my old water heater and put in the new one PDQ. They moved things around in my basement and didn't leave a mess. Highly recommend.
Our technician, whose name is slipping my mind, was excellent. He was on time and quickly fixed our sink issue while telling us how to solve the problem from happening again. He also took a moment to talk to me about my water heater which has needed fixing/replacing for awhile. Appreciate the great service.
We had them come this past fall and they did a good job. Two guys were polite and efficient. The price was reasonable, and they were quick. They repaired a broken sewer pipe and had our toilet installed and working in less than two hours.
As always, Fox was very helpful. It was a quick fix and they gave us some advice to avoid future problems.
Fox always sends someone quickly and that is great when you are having sewer issues. Our problem is not completely resolved so Fox agreed to send out a supervisor at no cost to discuss further options. We have had nothing but good service from Fox!
Fox Plumbing and Heating came out and did their annual maintenance. They were professional, on time and answered all questions. They are fantastic.
March 2017: I had 5 plumbing jobs needed in my house, separate issues (2 slow draining sinks, One clogged toilet, one broken tub drain, and one broken shower knob (the ".5 job"). The guys were great: clean, respectful, friendly, and professional. They worked so efficiently that they did 4 1/2 jobs in 1 hour. I am kind of kidding about the 1/2 job because they showed me I just needed to replace the shower knob and directed me to Home Depot and -Boom! Its all done. Thanks so much. I used Fox once before (Heater) and liked them. Glad I brought them back. I would hire them again and recommend their services. Alan in Lake Forest Park
