Still waiting to have my vent fixed. It has been a week now and I have not received a call
We had a job that was too much for us to do so we called Fox. Lady that answered the phone was so professional, polite and personable! Then when Wayne got there - he was great. Very fast at getting the job done and very pleasant. Will use them in the future if we have a need!
I had Ron from Fox out to give me an estimate on putting AC in our house. When we talking about our furnace we noticed a pipe had started leaking water. Ron took a video with his phone and talked to the office, and we were able to get Eric out immediately to fix the leak. Eric the plumber was fantastic. He was to my house within 10 minutes (he had just finished a service call nearby) and he had the leak fixed within another 10 minutes. He asked if I wanted anything else looked at and I did, we have needed to have our kitchen sink piping redone since we moved in and hadn't gotten around to yet. He said no problem, he redid the piping with new parts that were needed and our old parts that were still workable. He was done in about an hour and was personable and friendly. He did a great job.
Pleasant experience all around, quality work/equipment, and speedy service. Ryan was very professional and knew exactly what was needed to finish on time (and even cleaned up afterward).
Everyone was very professional and friendly. They handled our emergency needs in a very timely manner and am pleased with the final product. Woulda been 5 stars but I had to call them back for a minor thing that needed touch up...they returned promptly though and handled it.
Today was the second time I've called on Fox Plumbing & Heating. The first was for an issue with an ancient french drain on the side of our house that stopped draining properly. Jerrod came out at 5 p.m. in the pouring rain and patiently (and expertly) talked through the options with me. He gave my kids stuffed foxes before he left, and they talked about "Mr. Jerrod" for days afterward. This morning when the temp outside was all of 30 degrees, our furnace wouldn't turn on. Fox promised to send a technician out at some point that day but didn't guarantee before 5pm (read: before time-and-a-half pricing). Chris called at 4:30pm to tell me he was on his way. At 4:45pm he very kindly (and patiently) watched me change the batteries in the thermostat (which fixed the "furnace problem.") In the face of my silly rookie homeowner mistake, he assured me it happens all the time. Yeah right, but I appreciate his discretion. :) These guys are really great. I highly recommend Fox.
The guys that were sent to repair my plumbing leaks did a good job and I was very satisfied and would recommend your company to my friend. They cleaned up everything after they were finished which was great. Thanks W.Matthews
On time and very informative. Repaired a faulty part on our furnace pretty quickly and without too much upselling. On the pricier side in terms of labor - but worth it in a pinch.
I had a great experience with Fox Plumbing. First of all, they showed! How many times do you call a plumber and they don't show? They not only showed, but arrived on time. Both plumbers were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They fixed the issue and completed the job within 2 hours. I highly recommend the crew at Fox Plumbing!
Fox had a done a repair that I needed worked on again that was outside the warranty window. The supervisor authorized waving the initial service fee and the technicians that came out did a quick and thorough repair. I will be moving them to the very TOP of my list of people to call for any future needs at any of the properties I manage. Thanks Fox Plumbing!!!
Gerald from Fox Plumbing recently came out to help me with a Sump Pump issue. Our sump pump is under our 3 year old's bedroom and was making a ton of noises... Gerald took his time and worked with me to identify all the issues and make the appropriate fixes to get the pump system running quietly. We certainly will continue to go back to Fox for our heating/plumbing needs!
Supply line from street to house ruptured, called and 20 minutes later they were here... Turned off water and offered solutions. Chose one and they were here for two days. Jose and Luis, very professional. These gentle were great technicians and kept us updated through the process.
This is the second time in the past two months I have used Fox Plumbing. Both times they were able to schedule me in a very reasonable time frame, they gave me a two hour window and came right in the middle of that time frame. The best part was that the technicians were friendly and competent. I knew after my first experience with them that if I had another plumbing need I would use the same company. The second experience was just as successful as the first. I would recommend Fox Plumbing to anyone with plumbing needs. I know I will contact them again for future work.

I called Fox Plumbing and Heating when my office's furnace's pilot light went out. They contacted me in a reasonable amount of time, scheduled an appointment, gave me a 1 hour window. The tech called me to let me know he was on his way and they sent me his name and photo in advance so I knew who to expect. The tech was knowledgeable, timely, and let me know about the service discount pack without any pressure to buy on the spot. Excellent service, especially on a last minute call.
I was dreading my "plumbing experience" because of all the awful stories circulated through the decades. I expected to be presented with high costs, barely surmountable problems and a lot of disruption. Instead Konrad and Temh arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They were happy to listen to my concerns and most importantly they gave me suggestions for preventing further problems. These guys were great, please send my $25 to them. I highly recommend Fox Plumbing and I will always use them for my plumbing needs.
Chris from Fox Plumbing & Heating came to our house on a somewhat emergency basis. We had been having problems with the furnace and had contacted another company, which shall not be named, to service and diagnosis the problem. They did and ordered us a new control board saying it would be ordered and installed promptly. We did not hear from them for five days. Finally my husband called and asked about the status of the order. He was told that the service department would call us as soon as they part came in but she couldn't tell us anything more. No ETA on the part, no information on if it had even been ordered yet. A few days later and still nothing from the Voldemort of heating companies. We called again. Same thing: has the service department called you? No? Then we don't have any information for you. Very NOT helpful. At this point we were getting cold and colder and worried that the family that we had coming in from out of town for Thanksgiving would also be cold in our 1920's house. It was time to call in the big guns. We cold called a few companies and finally hit gold when we dialed Fox. They were extremely helpful. We had a part number from the invoice left with us by the other company. They checked their inventory and discovered that they did indeed have the part in stock and could make it out Monday morning (it was Friday afternoon.) The dispatcher put us in touch with Chris, who I believe is one of their lead techs. Chris was very prompt in returning phone calls and let us know that if the correct diagnosis had been made by the other company and we did indeed need a new control board, it should be simple enough to get our house out of icebox territory. Chris arrived mid morning on Monday. We bounded down the stairs to the basement where he was nice enough to explain to me what he was doing as he ran his own diagnosis of our very unhappy furnace. Even after a hiccup with the wrong size water tank on our side, Jerrod and Fox Heating went out of their way to get the right product and complete the job in a timely, professional manner.
Called the morning after a big leak under our bathroom sink. Fox was easy to contact, got us on the list for same-day service and had someone out by 4pm. Jerrod was professional and quick. Service wasn't as cheap as I was hoping, but it was a quality job and thorough. This is a our second time using Fox and we prefer them over other local companies we have used.
