The etam who helped us did an excellent job of informing us of the expected arrival time for the unit as well as any other problems or concerns as they arose. A two-person team arrived and installed the item after it was prepared. They did a fantastic job and were both courteous and professional. Unit is fantastic, and we would definitely recommend them to others.
Very happy with the personal service offered by them. He fixed what needed to be fixed and gave us great information on how we can take care of our AC system in the future. He gaev us an estimate to replace the unit for budgeting purposes but didn't pressure us to spend money.
