Asked 4 Seasons to diagnose gas fireplace logs that would not light. After installing a new $350 remote thinking that was the issue but that did not resolve the problem. Then 4 seasons said that we would need to replace the entire fireplace including the firebox all the way up to the flu. All because the gas logs would not light. Estimate was over $7,000. 4 seasons did not even check the gas valve (or high is here you always start the diagnosis from). Had another technician check it out and found out 4 seasons disconnected all the wire including the manual electrical shutoff switch and left them disconnected. The new technician was able to just clean off a couple parts that had carbon buildup on them and the fireplace has worked ever since. 2nd technician only cost me $250 so fix the issue. Much much bette than the crooks at 4 seasons who wanted over $7,000!!!!!
Ken was at my place a week ago to replace a capicitor. A week later I needed him to look at something different with my HVAC and he came and didn’t even charge me. Said “I was just here, I’m not in the business of bleeding people dry, this is on me”. That is the kind of business I can get behind and support. Super nice guy and trustworthy.
Amazing professionals. We had an unknown issue with our fireplace. Since they were backlogged they called and offered their time (free of charge) to try to diagnosis/fix over the phone. We ended up needing them to come out, but they were on time, serviceman wore a mask, and very clean.
They went the extra mile to do a great job!
I cannot express with words how wonderful Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning is! They installed my HVAC system close to a year ago. They were simply amazing during that process, always kind, professional and thorough! I have had other work done to my home, and very regretfully did not use their services as I was unaware they do these other services. During this recent plumbing line job, with another company many things went wrong. The job was not done well, but Ken and his crew came and offered me wonderful advice to ensure things were done correctly. They did this even though I did not use their services, and have never let me down during this arduous process with the another company. They even, came in and fixed the other company's tears which were made in my duct work when the water heater was removed ! They did not have to do that ,however, Ken offered and was at my home the next morning to help me. I highly recommend Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning and no one else ! I will use them for all and any other projects at my home that falls within their scope! They are simply the BEST !
Ken and his team have replaced both HVAC units in our home within the last 4 years. Last night around 8:30 pm, we noticed that the second and third floors of the house were much warmer than it should be and when we checked, the AC was running but was not cold. I emailed Ken at 9:11 pm requesting someone to come by and look at it. Before 10:00 pm, Ken had replied asking what time would work best. I requested sometime in the morning. Just before 10:00 am, Jon showed up. Jon was very polite and understanding. He explained what he was going to do to attempt to fix the problem. In less than 30 minutes, Jon was in and out with the problem corrected. Even though the issue was due to my negligence, no charge for the service call. Once again, Ken and his crew come through when it's needed most. I cannot say that another company is better than Four Seasons as I have not used any other AC company, but what I can say is they would be hard-pressed to do it better than Ken and his team. All of my AC issues will continue to be resolved by Four Seasons. Top notch customer service.
Poor follow through. Lack of communication.
Ken and his team came to our house to fix our AC in the middle of the summer. Ken went out of his way to visit us after hours and diagnose the problem. A part had to be ordered, so Ken lent us a window unit to keep us cool for the night. Top notch service and a professional team all around.

Called in the morning and they were out the same day, and fixed the AC within an hr and were very fairly priced. Will call them with any issues HVAC related
Ken and Jacob came by hours after I reached out to Four Seasons. They both were very friendly and knowledgeable about my issue with our mini split unit. The air is already noticeable cooler. Can’t thank them enough. Definitely use them again.
This was the third time we’ve used Four Seasons. They are the best in the Charleston area hands down! Good pricing, great customer service and always on time. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ken has been fantastic to work with. His quotes were fair and the crew showed up on time. After replacing an air conditioning unit, Ken is now doing two other related jobs for us.

Fantastic customer service!!! Walked me through a easy fix over the phone instead of charging ANYTHING for a in home service call! I can’t say enough about how much that means, and how seldom you see that level of customer care today.
Had them out to fix an issue, turned out to be user error. Other companies would have worked me for cash, but all for small trip charge. Very impressed, I will use them for all my AC needs.
