Please get a second quote when dealing with this company. I had them come to my home in May of this year. Was advised the dual capacitor had gone bad. Paid nearly $400. To fix it. Fast forward 2 months and the unit was showing the same symptoms so I had them come back out. I was told at the time that the unit needed to be replaced for $5500. Charged another trip fee. Because of where I work I was going another route to replace it. The time we spent waiting for my new unit to come in was a week. Finally because we had been barely surviving in smoldering heat I decided to pack up the children and dogs to go to a hotel. First I decided to get a second opinion. The second company came out and found my unit unplugged. Plugged it back in and said there’s nothing wrong with my unit and I was being scammed. He also said that the wiring for the dual capacitor was not done correctly which could have been the reason my unit was making noise the night before it failed and most likely a neighbor unplugged it to silence it. The person from Foreman would have seen this upon coming out but didn’t say a word. It has worked beautifully since then. Some people place the value of money above common decency and human compassion.
A friend recommended Forman Heating and Air a few years ago when I needed a new unit and Thomas replaced our unit and maintained it until we sold our house. We bought a new house but the HVAC was in a state of disrepair. On short notice Thomas took our unit apart, cleaned it thoroughly , added UV lights and had us up in running before we were moved in. I see how he does things and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I spoke with Thomas about how he built his business and I can tell you he really cares about his work and his customers and people like this aren’t easy to find. He’s gonna be my guy for as long as he wants to and you can’t do better, period! Hope he does this for as long as I need AC!
