These guys are great..my brother started using them in maryville and turned me on to them..always fast, friendly and priced fairly..have done work for my son also. Live in powell and still willing to provide me service..business the way it should be.

I have used this business many times over the last several years for HVAC issues. They are always willing to squeeze you into the schedule for emergency services. We purchased an existing home that had a newer HVAC installed by Foothills Mechanical Service in 2019. We were concerned that the Owners Bedroom was not getting adequate AC. Doug Wilson and a Co-Worker arrived early the next day after my call. Doug was all over it with a simple and relatively inexpensive solution. We really appreciated no overselling and the change they made did the trick. They will be our go-to guys from now on. Great service, nice people, & reasonable!

This morning, while it was 26 degrees and snowing, our heat went out. I called Foothills Mechanical, and Doug arrived in less than two hours. He diagnosed the problem immediately, and the repair was quick and reasonably priced. I am very grateful for Foothills Mechanical's responsiveness and professionalism.
We needed to replace an older AC and coil unit in our home and searched out several quotes from various sources. When Doug came to our home, sat down with me and went through all the options and pricing, I knew Foothills Mechanical Service was the right choice. Doug was very helpful, knowledgeable and quick to act when we decided to go with them. He and his team were at our home the very next morning to begin the job. The team he brought with him were very professional, courteous and experts at what they do. So much so in fact, that they finished the job before the end of the day. Highly recommend this is the first place you call. I have never had to call for HVAC issues so I was just calling down the list from Google. Out of five companies this was the only one that offered to come the same day (it was about 3pm when I started my calls). There was a reasonable fee, $35, since he would be coming after hours. David was at my house in the quoted time frame, he was knowledgeable, and had me fixed up in no time. The heat was miserable and I really appreciate the quick efficient service!
My air conditioning went out on a Friday night. I called one local company who never even bothered to called me back (I understand they have enough commercial clients that they don't care about the average homeowner). Called another local company who took several days to get someone out to look at my heat pump. I was told it was shot so I asked the tech to please have their sales person call me the next morning and I would buy a new unit. I'm still waiting for that call! Finally, in frustration, I called several more companies and told each one that I knew I needed a new heat pump and was ready to buy from the first one who gave me an honest and fair quote. Doug, from Foothills Mechanical, was the first (of only 2) to return my call. He came out that day and took the time to really understand what I needed and then gave me a quote less than the company who's salesman never called me back and with a far superior product! Had the unit installed a day and a half later and am sitting here now thrilled AND COOL in my home because of the quality of the product and work of Foothills Mechanical!!! The guys who installed my new heat pump were wonderful and really seemed to care that they did a thorough job and that I was happy. Several local companies in Maryville earned my bad reviews which I will happily share with all my friends, but Foothills Mechanical has earned my glowing review and a customer for life!
