We've stayed with them as their service is professional and the team is responsive. We most recently had a complicated issue where two experienced techs - Bryce and William - worked together to get the issue resolved.

needed HVAC unit replaced as original was 12 years old and failing. Fogel was quickly able to get the new system in stock and schedule the installation. The install crew did a great job and showed me how the new thermostats function. They also were very careful about preventing a mess or any damage as they had to carry the new and old equipment up and down 3 floors. Would definitely recommend.

Recently one of our AC units stopped working in the late afternoon. I called Fogel as we have a Maintence contract with them. A helpful employee answered the call and said a technician would come late the next day. This is amazing during this season. As promised, technician Jasper Brown arrived the next day around 3:30pm. It did not take him long to find and repair the problem. Jasper was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Jasper Brown and Fogel Services.

They did a great job and so we have had them do the maintenance and small repairs as needed for over three years. We trust them to be professional, thorough and punctual. I had a small leak in the coil and Fogel arranged for the repair. The two technicians, Steven and Alphonso, were on time and very professional. So, you know how you buy a house and have a to-do list that will take a few years to complete? We bought our house (early 60s) about 5 years ago and of course we had a long list. The AC unit just turned 15 years old and definitely at the end of its life. Some parts of the house were cooler than others. We definitely did not have consistency! Fogel services changed the way we enjoy our house! They were reliable, quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Their team was great to work with and very polite! We chose the mini split option for our main living room. The size was perfect for our family room and it’s very impactful! I didn’t realize how brutal July and August were inside the home. We would always chose that time to travel or find somewhere else to be during the heat of the day. Currently, our issue is that our house actually gets cold during the heat of the day! We were having serious challenges working through another HVAC company all while my family was staying in a hotel due to the heat and humidity in the home. ONE CALL to Fogel and not only did they send out a competent technician to identify the problem they had it completely resolved and a new coil installed within 24 hours. I've used Fogel several times and they've always been extremely responsive with great service. Most recently, I didn't realize the tech would need access to my house to handle a time sensitive HVAC unit issue. They could have (and should have) pushed me out a week in scheduling when they couldn't get me by phone or get in my house to work. Instead, when I eventually called back and apologized, they went out of their way to shuffle their entire schedule to accommodate me and still serviced my unit later the same afternoon. If you need HVAC service, I highly recommend them.
