We used FN Air Conditioning & Heating for the first time last week and were absolutely thrilled with the experience. They performed maintenance, minor part replacement, & evaluation of our AC/Heating system. They were punctual, professional, clean and gave me helpful hints on basic things that we can do to extend the life of our system. Will certainly use them again for anything that relates to our system. You won't find a better company to work with.

We were assigned to FN through our home warranty on Saturday evening. I called and explained what was happening with the unit and that I was having a gathering at my home Sunday evening. On top of that it was scheduled to be the first 100 degree day of the year. Yikes! They told me, “don’t stress about it. We will be there tomorrow for the repair between 9-12 and we’ll get it handled.” We made it through the night with a case of water and several fans. I went to sleep hoping they would be able to meet such a tight turnaround time. Imagine our relief when the tech showed up at 7am and had us up and running in under an hour! That means the time between work order and completion was under 16 hours. If you’ve ever needed AC repair you know this is super quick. Huge thanks to the crew over at FN for helping our family in a tough spot.
Im not an ac customer but leaving a review to just say these are really good people. I was stranded by flash flood and was helped without hesitation by them. Good to know people like this exist out there. Thank you for your kindness and being there for someone you didn't even know! Your help was soo appreciated. Would def use for ac issues in future 😊❤
This company is the best and Adam ROCKS with his communication and follow through on service!! This company put a brand new unit on our house during Christmas as our unit went out on Dec 24th. Adam and team worked efficiently with our home warranty. This team was able to get the home warranty to approve new ac/heater on the same day they came out! There was no run around and I believe it's because of this teams communication style. Adam came with the installers and these men were all so polite and friendly. My husband and I were so impressed. Adam ensured we had everything we needed to register our unit for the manufacturer warranty. This company has earned our business for life!! I have already told my home warranty they can never use another company for our home and we have already scheduled on our calendar our maintenance with FN Air Conditioning and Heating!! Use this company you will not regret it!!!
I had an excellent experience!! FN set me up with a brand new rooftop unit the day after I requested it! They are extremely professional and it’s clear they care about their customers and want to do the job right. They went above and beyond for me. For professional, reasonably priced heating and air conditioning maintenance call FN Air Conditioning & Heating LLC! This company not only checks the operational components, but also cleans the coils without an additional cost.

Finally found a company that is responsive and professional!! When my A/C unit crapped out I had nothing but issues in getting the home warranty company to approve the claim. Adam was extremely helpful in working with them and truly going above and beyond! When it came time, Manny and Adam did a great job with the install! THANKS!
Absolutely amazing HVAC service! FN Air Conditioning installed a new AC unit for my home at the perfect price, and ultimately the new unit and home improvements saved us money on energy bills. 🙌 Thanks to the FN team for the quality workmanship, experience, and treating my home like your own. Highly recommended.
Update: I had just gotten a personal call from the owner to see what was wrong with the service and was advised how the unit could've gone out and that the service was given full effort. He even offered to come back and fix it and let me know that I could reach out if the unit needed further repair after the next technician came out.
My air conditioner has been out since Monday, today is Thursday, the weather this week has been over 110 degrees every day. I have called them no less than 50 times and so has AHS, no answer...extremely unhappy, dissatisfied and will no doubt never use them again and will cancel AHS unreliable and a waste of money...oh but they got their $100.00 on Monday, that sounds fair...right?
This company Is working to correct the problem. Adam the owner reached out to me and has me scheduled for tomorrow
FN Air is by far the best AC company I have come across in AZ, and I’ve dealt with many. After being without AC for days (mid summer) and dealing with the home warranty company which was giving me a very hard time, I got in contact with FN Air. The owner was very responsive and was able to get a whole new AC unit installed within a day of talking to him. Not only were they responsive and on time for both appointments, they gave the best quote out of the three I was given. I highly recommend FN Air.
I have dealt with plenty of HVAC people in previous lines of professional work and personally in the residential space, and I can't rave more about how professional and diligent Manny was with his service today. Wonderful guy and wonderful company.
Adam (owner) personally made the repairs and was beyond kind and professional. The service provided from the beginning at contacting his office all the way to him arriving and making the repairs was bar none. Made a customer for life and will suggest to all friends and family.

Heater broke down at the end of last year, Adam came out and gave me a quote for a new system. In less than a week everything was ordered, arrived and was installed. The whole process was quick and easy. Very professional answered any questions i had. System has been working perfect for 3 months since it was installed, now enjoying the A/C part of it.
