Dear Flow Right Corporate Executives and Administration; Thank you for allowing a moment of time to appreciate and recognize an outstanding employee as an unequivocal asset to the success of your organization and enterprise. The merit of such commendation is extended with the utmost appreciation for Mr. Juan Martinez, one of your top of the line technicians. The courtesy of service and accommodation were impeccable! Juan was exemplary in practicing a balance of sensibility and sensitivity in his assessment of my otherwise crisis situation. Throughout his management of my plumbing situation, Juan was conscientious and courteous in explaining how best to proceed in his approach to rectify the situation. He further stated that he, quote, "...took it personally.", unquote, if he could not correct and repair the circumstance. In addition to Mr. Martinez's attitude as a hallmark of his professionalism, his approach to correcting the situation incorporated a varying degree of instruments in engineering a thorough examination for precision in addressing the situation. This was not only strikingly impressive but further served to extend the quality of Mr. Martinez's effort as unequivocally a first class professional in the field. (Figuratively and literally.) To bare witness in observing Juan at work was to watch a standard of excellence in practicing and applying the highest standards of professionalism to their craft. Simply outstanding! As such, the exhibition of these qualities as practiced by Mr. Martinez also inherently represents and recognizes that quality customer care is essential to building a successful business reputation and key to customer satisfaction. Had a washing machine drain that was completely clogged and thought I was gonna need to spend much more than I did. He was friendly, on time-actually a bit early- and got the problem fixed in rapid time! Explained things in an easy to understand way and answered all my questions. We subcontracted this company to assist a customer repair her water heater but encountered numerous issues along the way. Though the manager handling this project tried to rectify mistakes, I think we could've avoided those mistakes to begin with if we had received proper communication. Over the course of 3 months, the front desk kept saying that a manager would call with service updates but no one did until it was too late. We experienced some billing, communication, and service issues which reflects on the company as a whole.
Patrick Blackwell and his team of Austin, Cody, and Matthew did an excellent job replacing a boiler/water tank. Patrick's expertise enabled him to explain to us exactly what we needed and why. He was the reason we chose Flow Right over the other businesses that gave us bids. His team worked extremely hard to get the job done. They were very polite and took pride in doing a quality job. Also, the office staff was extremely helpful in getting me the information I needed to complete the warranty and rebate forms.
They knew right off my water heater was shot(25 years old)! Took the old one out, and replaced it with a new one! Good people
