Seems great at first but he will not warranty his work and we had issues with the system leaking and not cooling only a few months after install. His contract says he warranties his work and materials he purchases for 1 year but when you call he will deny it’s on him. Spoke with two reputable hvac companies after he denied he should have to come fix it and they both agreed it should be covered.
Don't use these guys, they don't do what they say and tell lies
My mother and father hired this guy to fix their freezer. He stated he'd have it up and running and charged them over 200.00 for the repair after he left the freezer was still broke. My parents called to see if he can do the job right and he wanted to charge them another 600.00. And then didn't even want to give the money back for not doing the job right . Ohh...but the best part was he told them he would give them a credit for future repairs on anything else. Haha. Who wants to cash in on that joke ...no one if you couldn't do the job right the first time why would you even think they'd consider you for another repair. To me this feels more like a type of elderly fraud. He should be ashamed . DO HIRE HE DOESNT CARE WHO HE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF.
Very bad customer service. If he doesn't understand he will hang up on you instead of helping you or understanding the problem.
