Took them a month to give a diagnosis to my insurance company and they denied my claim. They wanted me to pay 800 dollars out of pocket. I had to call my insurance and ask for a second diagnosis. Please if you have an insurance company avoid this contractor. They’ll make comments on their diagnosis that will have your insurance denied your claim.
Have a 2nd AC call out today using my Landmark warranty. I know my HVAC unit has a leak, but Will reserve judgement to see they can find it and get it repaired.

Told me I had a leak in my system but they couldn’t visually see it, so I opted to pay to do a “leak search” which is them using a gas detector tool. They claimed I had one and because my unit is older & they don’t make the parts anymore, so my only option was to replace it altogether. (Big replacement & decision, right?) So I got a second opinion (they asked if the leak was visible and I said no) & they took my unit apart and gave it a good cleaning, now it’s working better than ever!! Saved myself thousands by calling out a different company that didn’t mind putting in the work to find the real issue and being honest to help us.
They came over to service my mom's home when her ac went out. They were rude and said that her could were frozen and they would have to leave it off for 3 hours and they will be back . The company on Friday was able to defrost it with a hose and service it. This company is a sham and extremely rude. As for your feed back both my husband and myself were there to witness the employees conduct and pure laziness. Now wouldn't you want your ac fixed when it's 100 degrees outside and if you had a loved one in the house on hospice? Go right ahead and black list her because your staff are lazy liers and don't know what they are doing.
John performed preventative maintenance on my A/C unit. Very friendly and professional service. I highly recommend this company.
Another Home Warranty story… I mentioned to them the house was being painted and that the painters would work around the techs. The techs came out for two minutes and left saying that I needed to call the number since the thermostat had been taken off the wall to avoid painting it. I asked about them returning, they seemed nervous and wouldn’t talk to me, and they left in a hurry. I call them back the same day, and the day after, no answer. I call the home warranty place, and it turns out they denied the claim because of a “bad” thermostat. If you want to give your money away, call these guys. Want to make it right “Flescher’s”? Go back out there and repair it.
We've used several companies through our home warranty and were by far the and they were by far the most professional and responsive to our problem in the hot time of summer. Contacted us and came out first thing on a Sunday morning and showed up with a great attitude and had our problem fixed so we could be cool again. Would HIGHLY recommend this company above anyone. First class organization and first class people.

Outstanding company!!! I just loved Henry and his crew!!! It’s amazing that they came yesterday to evaluate my old AC unit and 24 hours later I have a new AC unit! Henry and his team are fantastic! Listen I had work done by this company and they were really nice. But when I accidently sent them 2K with my bank I immediately called them to let them know and no one would return my call. I finally spoke with someone in the office and she stated she would look into it and call me back. Never heard from them and I called again today and had to leave a message. Now they leave me no choice but to file a police report. If that is how you do business then I will never recommend your services to anyone.
Excellent, honest, and punctual! Nicolas (technician) is a very honest and polite person that walked me through his diagnosis of my AC system. He helped me get repairs covered under my home warranty and kept me from wasting money on things I didn't actually need (like a new thermostat when my current one actually works just fine; I don't know AC stuff like he does). They also called 20 minutes before arriving, scheduled me for next-day service, and were very professional, friendly, and just wonderful. I'm absolutely going to rely on Fleshers exclusively whenever an AC issue comes up!
Had them come out and fix our air conditioning the blower motor went out they put in a new blower motor fixed the air conditioning and turned right around cut wires and took wires for our heating system so our heating system wouldn't work when we needed our heat would I recommend fletchers I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
Trust the reviews regarding home warranties. Purchased our home 2 months ago, left town for Labor Day weekend & returned to our home being hot. Put in a service request with our home warranty & they determined it to be a pre existing condition yet it was working perfectly fine 4 days ago. Disputed with a new company to have it fixed, thanks for nothing!!
