So I was just going to leave a one-star review and not comment, but after reading all the other 1 star reviews about his driving, I decided to say something. Basically he appears to be a very impatient, rude and road rage type driver. Didn't use him for work but definitely unprofessional on the road. I'm wondering if it's the owner as it's the same guy that's on the picture on his website.
While I can't comment on the 1 start reviews about driving, as that has nothing to do with his service, and understandably such a big vehicle has even bigger blind spots, I can comment on the service I received from Jan. He was very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He did a preliminary assessment, we had a discussion on my options available and had a solution rather quickly. He did not pressure me other than giving me his personal opinion, which happened to be the best solution. He will steer you in the best direction for your situation, and his professionalism, and execution of maintaining social distancing practices while implementing the best solution was exceptional. He determined an unexpected issue, was upfront about it and too care of it under his own expense instead of assessing it to me. He has made a customer out of me, his recommendations have been making the rounds in my community and that is exactly why I chose Fix My AC as my AC repairman! Thank you Jan!
Bad advertising to tailgate someone in a commpany wrapped vehicle. Today on Skyline to Craycroft.
I luckily have never used their services and now I never will. What I can provide a review for is this person's driving. I was about 3/4 of a car length ahead of him merging onto the freeway in between him and the car in front of him and he became furious trying to speed up whilst driving his company van with a trailer attached to it. He proceeded to drive very close to my rear and then when we got onto the freeway, he erratically cut over to the next lane cutting off another driver. When I switched lanes behind him to make my way to the far lane, he slammed on his brakes in the middle of the freeway. When I got all the way over, there was no one in front of him, so he clearly was braking out of pure anger. This guy has road rage, among other issues. By not using Fix My AC, there will be one less unsafe driver on the road, at least.
Jan was wonderful to work with. He came out to my house very quickly to assess why my AC wasn't working. It turned out to need a recharge. He also educated me on the refrigerant and how it is not being made anymore, so I know what to expect in the near future regarding a replacement unit. Thank you very much for your quick service. You are great at what you do!

Fix My AC has been my air conditioning company for a year. Jan gives old fashioned service and ethics but can diagnose the problem cheaper, faster, and more accurate than other companies. Love him and don't plan on changing. Plus I love my new 16 seer Trane.

Over a year ago we had Jan from Fix My A/C come out and fix our swamp cooler at work and our A/C at home. Both jobs were reasonably priced and continue to work beautifully today. Thank you Jan!
