I got to Fix-It Now through my home warranty, but will continue to use them after also. Julian and another tech came to fix my AC and did a fantastic job. They explained everything thoroughly and walked me through the process so I could understand what they needed to do. Great service, and very responsive!

Son fit us into his already busy schedule and had our AC unit back up and running within the hour. Bonus that it was a 90+ degree day.
Son Avon was great and took his time to make sure my AC unit was up to his standard and that I wouldn’t have anymore problems with it. He helped understand what I can do to maintenance on it.

Son did a great job, was professional, kind, and extremely thorough. He really knew his stuff and fixed my clanky a/c. He was eaten alive by mosquitos, too, so thank you for that extra hassle! I needed a new furnace. The technicians were polite and professional. They removed my old furnace and installed the new furnace quickly and without issue. I would definitely recommend Fix-It Now and will use them again in the future. Tom C.
This company is very professional and they know what they are doing. Had issues with my hvac system and had a different company show up 3 times with 2 different techs and they could not figure out what was wrong with my system. Each visit took 1-3 hours with no resolution. They wanted to replace my whole system and were blaming it on the main board. Fix-it now heating and cooling (Julian) diagnosed the issue in 15-20 min. I was impressed on how quickly he diagnosed the issue. Had my AC and heating running immediately after the diagnostic. Will be using these guys again. Polite and professional. They don't try to sell you unwarranted parts or services.

Very happy I went with Fix-It now for my services. I needed my water heater and furnace replaced and also add a/c to a house we just purchase. Steven was very kind and knowledgeable and explained what was needed and what wasn't. For all three services they were very affordable compared to other quotes I've received from other HVAC companies in the area. They had 3 guys knock out all the services in one day. Our previous system had wires and pipes all over the place and Fix-It now came in ripped it all and installed a much cleaner looking system to the eye. Will be using them again, and would recommend.
The Fix-It Now team was outstanding. They set expectations from the start, guided me on how things would work with the home warranty company, and gave great estimates to expect. Installation was great, they removed the old furnace, installed the new, and walked me through the basic home owner maintenance. Son and his team are at the top of my list of HVAC contacts in the area.

Kenny was one of the best technicians I have worked with! I do a lot of HVAC work and am always looking for good technicians and Kenny is my new “go-to” guy. He fixed our issue right away, was professional as can be, on-time, and answered / followed up with all my questions in a very timely manner. Great company!
