My ac received its annual checkup. All was well. I feel very confident in 5-Star's. Recently, Ryan, an electrician, installed replaced and checked on outdoor fixtures. I was pleased with everything that was accomplished. I will request his services next time I call Five Star
5 Star did an outstanding job! Had a water leak upstairs. They were prompt getting here and the tech was very professional. Explained what the fix was, got it done, cleaned up and had us back up and running in short order. Highly recommend them to work on your HVAC!
The experience with Five Star was excellent from start to installation. They were fantastic at communicating, very respectful, and made sure that I understood the entire process. The initial consultation was informative and thorough. The installation crew was polite, careful in our home and respectful. They were good with dealing with our dogs who are overly friendly. Fantastic service and definitely a Five Star experience. Thank you!!!!
Luke was professional and informative during an annual visit to inspect our hvac system.
We called Five Stars after the company our Home Warranty sent out dropped the ball. Five Star’s scheduler worked us in the next morning! Our technician (Pooday (sp??)) was prompt, and quickly diagnosed our problem. He quickly installed the correct replacement part, and after checking to ensure the AC unit was fixed, took the extra step to fully check the unit. He also called in to verify the unit was under warranty. It was, which saved us big bucks. All in all we are extremely satisfied with Five Stars. We won’t hesitate to call them again if needed.
Technician arrived. My furnace noise issues were resolved. Technician: Mic drop! That was it.

Love this business! I know the owner and am friends with some of the workers. All the workers care and do a great job. Had them install my current furnace and AC over 7 years ago. Use them every fall and spring for tuneups. If you choose this business you won’t be disappointed. Brett and his company care about what they do and how they treat people along with being skilled at what they do!
