Tim and his crew did an amazing job putting in our new furnace and AC unit! They were early and able to get started right away and walk me through all the major points, his crew was incredibly professional, knowledgable, and cleaned up everything when they were done as well as removing the old unit! Working with Tim has been an absolute dream and i would recommend him to anyone needing any hvac work done twice over and 10 stars!

My main boiler broke leaving my family without heat for 3 days. I contacted a few companies, receive quotes, and ultimately decided with Five Star. Tim walked me through what happened and what my options were. I felt educated and confident with Tim's suggestion. I had a new boiler installed by next day, a Saturday morning. Tim's professionalism and level of details impressed me. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve used them twice. Once for a forced air furnace and another time for a boiler replacement. They came when they said they would. They were neat and efficient. They ran into some trouble areas but kept working until it was corrected. It’s also an extremely dirty job but they cleaned up after they were done. Big plus! I would highly recommend.
My thermostat was not working so I thought I needed a new one. Tim responded in 5 mins and fixed it in another 5 mins and got it working again. Very professional, kind. Merry Christmas! Joan
I had the heating go out suddenly due to a seized draft inducer motor. Tim was able to get out to me that afternoon and put in a temporary replacement while the proper replacement was on order, which kept the house warm while we waited. He didn't charge me a thing until he came back with the proper replacement a couple of days later. And the rates were more than reasonable. I've got this company on speed dial now. Finding a responsive, professional, and super friendly company like this feels like striking gold.

Five Star provides great customer service! My A/C went down during the blazing hot summer we had. Tim was able to fit me in to his schedule that same day and get my air conditioning up and running the same day!! Five Star was very knowledgeable and informed me on ways to prevent further instances and how to properly maintain my unit! They have also saved me from enduring cold showers with quick repairs on my tankless hot water tank!

Last year Tim installed a new A/C for me. This year, something got inside the unit and disconnected a wire. Tim came out the next day and replaced the wire and part that shorted out. Nearly two years ago, Tim did work on my vents. He installed a new filter box, and worked on my furnace. He is a hard worker, he does excellent work, and I was so glad that my realtor had given me his name when I bought this house.
Tim and his crew were quick to fit us into their schedule despite being part of the busy season. He took the time to come and assess our HVAC system and recommended the best coarse of action. Can’t say enough good things about Tim and Five Star Energy Solutions! Walked downstairs to the basement yesterday afternoon to find the water heater leaking and flooding everywhere. Of course it was Saturday! Didn’t know who to call on a weekend and my neighbor highly recommended Tim, who I’ve never met. Tim took my call, set a time to come today, and by 11:30am Sunday (today) we had a new water heater installed, for a incredibly reasonable price. His number is in my phone and I will be recommending him to my friends for HVAC needs. Thanks, Tim!!
