Good service
I called and had a work order submitted for a furnace repair. The service person was on time and quick to find the issue with my furnace. He explained the issue in layman's terms as well as what he did to fix it. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest, reliable company.
I had a minor problem that turned out to be a major problem. These guys were able to quickly diagnose my problem and solve it in less than an hour! I called them and within 30 minutes the tech was over at my place and fixed the issue. He was super knowledgeable and polite. And he didn't charge me a bunch of money for some minor repairs.
I had a technician out to my house on a Sunday night, who also happened to be the owner. He was very friendly and professional. He did a great job, and he saved me some money by telling me things I didn't need to get fixed right away.

Viktor and team were great! Previous furnace went out and Five Star was able to replace furnace and restore heating right away. Quality work and great customer service!
Not only disrespectful but also extremely shady. Had them come fix heat pump. Told me someone would contact me next day. No one contacted me. After I followed up they finally sent someone. This person "diagnosed" the problem with my heat pump, but told me they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. I looked up the code myself and saw there was a piece unplugged. Called them back to come figure out the issue and said they would call me tomorrow to schedule. Never called again. After following up with them again they said they did figure out what was wrong with it but lied to me at the time. Said I would need to replace the entire (4 year old) heat pump and ductless system costing me thousands. I will never let these crooks near my house ever again.
We had to adapt a new blower to our old furnace and it went off without a hitch. Kudos for a job well done and with professional skill in a timely manner. Courteous and pleasant. Many thanks.

We had our gas furnace malfunction. It was not heating up the home. I had AHS warranty and Ivan's company was assigned. He responded to the phone call... said that he will be with us today and so was he on time. Made sure he tested out the gas furnace multiple times after a minor fix he did to get it going. He was cordial.. well mannered ..organized and very courteous. After having a terrible experience with Furnace Doctors, who wouldn't schedule an appointment at all, glad that Ivan's company came out to fix it.

Worse service ever! My furnace is was installed in 2019, I've had no issues until the furnace wouldn't turn on. Five Star came out, kick my furnace, it turned an they said it was fixed. Not fixed came out again 2 days later and told me my furnace was oversized, or I needed to keep my vents open, which they are were. Again no heat, so unprofessional, never provided any paperwork for me to sign, and no heat! I would not recommend and would not have them in home. Feels like they pulled some info off the internet and read a script, worse ever!
Highly recommended. They do great work! Technician was honest and straightforward, we didnt have any further issues thankfully. Our experience was much better than another local company. We are looking to get an A.C. unit this summer and will definitely be in contact.
