Absolutely 1st class service!
Came out next day - great service!
Our a/c bit the dust on Thursday, but we could not get anyone to come out. We purchased a 14,000 BTU window air conditioner, and we are so glad we did. While it eventually cooled the house, it could not reach all the areas. We knew we would need someone to come out and service it. After researching american standard and trane dealers, and reading the reviews on the internet, we settled on Charlie. Placed a request for service on a Sunday afternoon. Charlie called back in a few hours and came out, as promised, the next morning. As it turned out, the 22 year old machine was done. He gave us a quote and on Wednesday morning, he knocked on the door. Was probably a 4 hour job. Charlie is the kindest, most professional man we have met in quite some time. Very polite. He definitely knew his stuff. His assistant, Cody, was a stellar young man and a great help all the way around. We were so pleased with the service, the installation and are thankful to have central air again. If you want a business that is customer oriented, this is the one you should use. Thank you, Charlie. I called Charlie 1st thing in the morning and he let me know that he was pretty booked for the day, but if he could get to me the same day, he would. Sure enough he called me around 3 that afternoon and got my system back up in a matter of about 30 min. I would not hesitate to call on them again.
The only true 24 hour HVAC company. After calling 4 other “24 Hour” HVAC companies with the response of not till Tuesday or someone will call you back with a available date. Charlie answered and said yes, I’ll be right there. Had the unit up and going within 90 minutes of the initial call out. Great response on a after hours call AND a holiday weekend. Thank you Charlie and team for the excellent service!

Charlie came to my house and fixed what I had messed up. When he left, he charged me $180 for a part that I had bought on Amazon for $23. I’m not sure, but he seemed to have an attitude when he left. That is the last time I will use your service.
Charlie is absolutely amazing ! Our second experience with Five Cross and even more impressed with the team!! Our 14 year old system went out, Charlie came out and evaluated our system, discussed his findings and provided estimates for replacement and repair. His honesty and knowledge made us feel very comfortable with the options he presented. He was on time, completely performed his job and delivered exactly what he said he would. We are thrilled with Five Cross Systems . We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them - a grade A experience from Beginning to end.

Charlie arrived on time and began work immediately. He accurately and quickly diagnosed why my system was not working or cooling. My home warranty people would not replace my a/c. It is a very old system, but they would only pay for a “rebuilt” part, to put a bandaid on my system. The old system probably would only last another year anyway. I am not willing to wait for 90 to 100 degree weather just to be put on a waiting list for a repair in the middle of the next summer. I had gone through almost a week without a/c. So I had Charlie to hunt down a new a/c. Because of the supply chain failures, he had a difficult search. When he found a new unit that would fit, he drove to San Antonio and picked up the unit himself! If he had waited for a delivery, I would have to go through the entire weekend without a/c. He was able to do the complete installation and got things up and running right away. Thank you oh so very much to Charlie and Five Cross!! Charlie will treat you right. I highly recommend Five Cross Services to all y’all.
