Travis and Michael installed a new AC unit (indoor and outdoor) and a new water heater. Their work and communication was excellent. I would gladly use them again for any HVAC work.
I highly recommend this company. Matt helped us trouble shoot our existing furnace. We ultimately decided to replace it. He helped us choose the best option. We got a reasonable price, and installation was done in a timely manner by Travis and Michael. They were professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned everything up and explained everything. I would absolutely use this company again, and recommend to friends. Thanks guys!
Dave did A/C maintenance on my 8 year old unit today and his work exceeded all expectations. On time, respectful, knowledgeable, and very professional and thorough with his inspection. Just had some vents and ducting work done by the First String Heating team and am very impressed! From start to finish Matt was very responsive and helpful. The two gentleman who performed the installation Travis and Michael were a pleasure to work with. Very friendly, clean and answered all of my questions. I have already recommended them to a family member and am thinking about getting some AC work in the future. They will be the first people I call!
Travis and Michael completely removed old ac and installed a brand new for me. They were fast, professional, on time and just did a very high quality job. Cannot recommend them enough.
Matt, Travis, and Mike did a great job with a challenging installation. Had a mini-split installed and the ducts replaced throughout the house. Their price was competitive and communication was great. I have no problem recommending First String to people and will continue to do so. Special thanks to Travis and Mike for keeping an eye out for cats that might make a break for the door. All cats accounted for and the HVAC is running great.
I've dealt with a lot of HVAC companies through the years and First String Heating was by far the best. David Woodruff went out of his way to get us on the schedule in a timely manner and was thorough in every way. His professionalism meant so much as we had questions that he was able to answer and he was able to talk through everything so that we could understand the installation and be able to trouble shoot, if needed. We highly recommend this company and the quality of service that David provided. Five Stars!

David was awesome to work with to replace our furnace and AC. He was quick to get us a quote and helped us pick the right equipment for our house. Our house has feels amazing and our system isnt running itself to death anymore!

First String Heating just recently replaced my hot water heater. David, Michael, and Travis were able to empty the old water heater quickly and remove it. The new water heater is working great and has a safer setup than the last one. The team was professional, clean, and kind.

I met Matt and one of his technicians, David, from First String Heating, a few years ago to repair my furnace. We came home from a winter vacation recently and found our furnace had not been working for at least a couple of days. I called David who diagnosed the problem very quickly, and had the parts here a short time later. I am very pleased with the responsiveness, quality of work, and caring attitude.
Text Matt at 5am, new furnace stopped working and the house was about 20 degrees. Matt said he would try to make it in the afternoon but might be the next day. In true Matt fashion, he made it happen and was at the house at 2pm. Looked at the furnace and said…Joyce who flipped the furnace switch. Puzzled looked he flipped the furnace back on and we both had a great laugh. Love that he came out as fast as he could, checked everything and we have heat now. And gave a little lesson on furnace care! My HVAC guy is better than yours! Thanks Matt!!!
