First impressions are everything to our family. Not only did they quickly came out during a heat wave. He answered our phone calls in a timely manner and even stayed on the phone long enough to answer any questions we had. He's helping my wife step by step both loan process and just genuinely cares. They are not only reasonable.. A small business doing thing's right and treating their customers just like your back in the old day's. You won't regret service with them. I will recommend them over and over to everyone I know!
I am a small business owner who tries to find the best value for my dollar every second of everyday. While keeping this in mind I was shopping for a company to install an AC in my new build home when I was lucky enough to find Mr. Lucero. Fair price, prompt install and top shelf customer service is exactly what I experienced throughout the whole process. Months later my in-laws had a thermostat issue well into the evening and TJ didnt hesitate to come over and resolve their issues as well. Again fair pricing and next level customer service. All in all you cant go wrong choosing TJ and his company to take care of your HVAC needs. Do yourself a favor stop looking for the RIGHT company because you have already found it!
