Nick Morgan and his crew arrived three days ahead of schedule to remove my 20 year old heat pump on a Thursday. Bright and early on Friday, they arrived and installed a new heat pump, furnace, and filtering system. The whole installation took only 4 hours and it runs like a champ. My family are so happy to have First Choice Heating and Cooling as our "Go-to" HVAC company!! They are fantastic!
I used another local company to install a brand new system including ductwork 7 years ago. During those 7 years we had nothing but problems including multiple compressor failures. I finally had enough and decided to have a new system installed. I contacted several companies and was most impressed with First Choice. They responded on time and immediately pointed out that my ductwork was undersized and likely why my compressors had been failing. They installed a brand new system with a new trunk line. The work they did was excellent and we have had zero problems with the unit. I would recommend First Choice in a heart beat. Please take my advice and don’t always go with the cheapest option, because you could very well be replacing your entire system in 7 years like I did.

Cannot recommend First Coice Heating & Cooling enough!! After another company told us we needed a whole new unit, we called Nick for a second opinion. He was here in under an hour & discovered it was one part that had gone bad. He had the part in his truck, installed it, had us up & running in just a few minutes. Air works perfectly now. Saved us thousands of dollars. Thanks Nick!!
