They were supposed to come to repair out AC unit and never showed up. Very disappointed in their service.
Very unprofessional, called on a Tuesday to have our HVAC looked at, it was implied he would get to it that day asked me to text him, after I did no response, Called again on Wed, Thursday, he said he was busy but would get to it, and late Friday after no response, I called another HVAC company and they handled it right away.
New furance wouldn't gohigher than 62 had to use heaters all winter The next year in fall they said the knew what was wrong Never came back to fix it Many calls to come and take care of it Olny promises and than wouldn't answer my calls Had to hire someone else to fix it still never heard from them
Thanks for leaving your mess and screwing up my furnace. I came home to no heat and the mess you left. My son works for healthy homes he came and fixed it
I had them replace old central air conditioner and two weeks later water was pouring out of my furnace, they came and added more coolant, said that was the problem. Two weeks after that I had the same problem. Now they do not respond to me, totally ignoring me and I now have a $2000.00 piece of yard art.
Very good service! I highly recommend this company. They could schedule me same day and price was very good!
