It was 4th of July weekend..95 plus hot. My AC goes. Nobody was available. But this group sure was. Now get this customer Service.. I was call by them after the made an appointment with me the next day by text. That's right called by them to see if I had a portable AC unit. I said no. This is Godly customer service....let's here for God and a company he supports...They buy a portable ac unit to lend to me until the AC unit is fixed. People thats God and an awesome company. Can I give First Choice 10 stars?? I can't say enough good things about this company, their employees, and their amazing workmanship. I have used First Choice in my last two homes, and I will continue to use them. We've done everything from maintenance to a full new HVAC install. I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your A/C or heating needs.

We have been using First Choice for years. They nursed our 18 year old system on until it just wasn't feasible to repair it anymore. We had them install a new unit, price was very competitive, timing in light of all the supply issues reasonable and installation went very well. The outside unit needed one small tweak and they came out right away on Saturday morning at no charge to resolve the issue. We are very pleased and highly recommend them if you are in need of HVAC service. Family owned, core value oriented company with knowledgeable employees. Special shout-out to Joshua and Tristan.
I used them because the represent American Home Shield my warranty company. My two zone system needed a replacement part- they made it as easy as possible. The part was delayed- no surprise in 2021- what I really appreciate is their office staff. When I called for updates they always were polite checked on the part and gave me an easy response. The part is in and installed and they came on time and took care of my unit - Thank you!
I am very pleased with the services provided by First Choice. They are always responsive to our bi-annual maintenance checks, and respond immediately to any issues encountered. Dealing with them for the past 13 years have been a pleasure.
They get 5 stars from me because they are that good. Had several issues with lower unit in home and previous HVAC contact kept patch fixing it. First Choice came out and looked at it and tightened all screws in panel and unit runs like a top! They replaced our upstairs unit, runs like a top! Call them you won't regret it!
Shockingly poor service given past reviews. Need to hire more office staff to remedy multiple unreturned calls, and stop installing Coleman systems, Consume Reports’ lowest rated hvac system. They were HVAC sub the GC used on a home remodel I did. Due to poor quality equipment installed (they use Coleman, a below-average hvac manufacturer according to this month’s Consumer Reports), FC had to make several warranty visits for problems that arose after installation. At least one of those visits was due to an error made on installation. There is now another problem with the unit, and I had to get GC involved. Took GC intervening to get contractor to replace failed coil, then tried to charge me for shipping of his failed part. Poor product, poor service. If you use them, do NOT have them install Coleman.
I have tried to call numerous times and no one answers. I have left numerous messages. I did have one phone call back, but unfortunately I was busy at the time and asked the lady if I could call back. When I called back, no answer. So, I left a message. No call back..So, I called the next day , left a message, no call back....so on and so on. This is bad customer service. Figured since First Choice installed my whole system a few years ago, they would stand by their work. Even if it’s warranty work from the manufacturer , they should stand by it. Again...VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Love these guys! Have replaced both of my systems and provided maintenance for me for over 10 years. Reasonable, responsive and quality experienced techs!

First Choice has been MY First Choice for many years. My wife and I have just purchased a house with some issues that needed to be corrected with the HVAC, I called Ken Mulchi with First Choice and he gave me a quote which was a lot cheaper than what I was given previously.
