I called First Choice, as the compressor on our A/C system was not functioning. They were out withing 2 hours and quickly replaced the malfunctioning component.
I'm not usually one to write google reviews ( I like to share my feedback in person) but because of my amazing experience with First Choice A/C I felt it was important to share my experience. I've been using First Choice A/C services for many years. They've been servicing my home and office A/C units. They've always been prompt with their response, professional and extremely honest. They've been servicing our home units (19 years old units) for years. One of the units has been having issues all year. They serviced, assessed and gave honest feedback. Our unit died on Tuesday during the heatwave (115). Even though there is an equipment shortage - they found a unit and was ready to install it by 6am the next morning. I can't say enough about all of the staff that I've met including the owner Atila. I highly recommend them. Thank you again for your honesty, integrity and amazing customer service.

Summer heat is upon us and my AC unit went out. I didn't know what to do and my son-in-law recommended First Choice having known them for 25+ years. So I called and they sent out an experienced technician to evaluate my situation and provided me with options, ranging from the band-aide fix to the best fix. My unit was almost 15 years old when it went kaput. I slept on it and made the decision to go with them. They were out in two days with all the equipment and a crew of 4. Unbelievably polite, with shoe covers and genuine concern for protecting my personal property. It was a big all day job and can you believe they set up equipment in the attic, on the side of the house and when they were finally done, they left the house cleaner than when they arrived. The guy I used before left dirty hand prints on the attic ceiling door which the First Choice fellows scrubbed off - I was really pleased! Okay, then, because I am a new widow and don't know much about this kind of stuff, I called and told them I heard a noise.... The owner came out next day with a colleague and they explained what I was hearing and there was no charge as this would be under warranty and that all was fine. Then 3 weeks later I noticed something so I told them about it and the next day, the owner came out and took a look and made an adjustment to improve and relax my concern. Truly, I feel like I have my family taking care of me the way they respond, care that the job is well done and that I am happy and worry free. God's blessings be upon this entire crew! If you want a professional team, honorable, forthright, fair in pricing and caring - now you know where to call. Thank you First Choice!
$100 just to inspect my ac? What a ripoff. Your correct I didn’t purchase from you. Why would I pay $100 to get an inspection that will take your guy 5 minutes. They quoted me over the phone.
Atilla and his crew are great and very reliable, I never have to worry how much I will be charged when I call first choice, from Freon re-charges to repairs , their crew is polite, clean, and very informative. Thanks for coming to our rescue especially during our hot summer months

First Choice A/C & Heating replaced my entire HVAC system three years ago and now perform the preventive maintenance twice a year. Their technicians are well trained and perform their work in a very professional and methodical manner. It's refreshing to know that there are still people out there that you can trust to get the job done properly, on time and at a reasonable price.
First Choice is literally my first choice for all our A/C & Heating needs. We just bought our first home, and they couldn't have been more helpful in getting our AC inspected, tuned up, and ready to go. Silvester came out on time and was extremely helpful, thorough, and skilled. He is super knowledgeable and I've already got him scheduled to come back and do some more work for us. Marissa always answers the phone in the friendliest, most helpful manner - awesome team! HIGHLY recommend this company!
First Choice is your best choice. We couldn't be happier with the service of all the folks there. From our first call to the installation of our new A.C. everyone was friendly, professional and just great at their job. For sure, this is a wonderful company with wonderful service.

Attila came fast when the A/C quit in a 100+F heat and fixed the A/C unit that was messed up by another company right on the spot. Highly recommend this company if you have any problem with your heating or air conditioner.
Bottom line up front, this is the best service experience I have received from a company that takes pride in their work and puts the customer first. Within an hour of placing my phone call, First Choice sent a technician to immediately assess my air conditioning unit, provide feedback, and ultimately a solution for my family. In my scenario, my air conditioner needed replacement - repairing my old and inefficient unit was possible but not cost effective with the ever increasing cost of energy - and First Choice worked around a schedule that was convenient for my family, not a schedule that was convenient solely for the company. That same evening, after hours, they returned with a portable A/C unit to ensure my family was comfortable until the A/C unit could be replaced. Within 24 hours my family was up and running with a completely new system and I could not be happier. Thank you Silvester and thank you First Choice for everything. The company truly will be the "first choice" for all of my family's air conditioning and heating needs.
Excellent service, competitive prices, quality work you can trust! Our A/C went out and after a call to First Choice on a Sunday morning our technician Silvester arrived earlier than scheduled that day and got us up and running quickly AND fixed issues we didn't even know we had before it caused a major failure. I highly recommend you call First Choice BEFORE you need service to have them keep your system running great.
