The technician (Steven) was very helpful and kept me up to date for each step and stayed in contact with me regarding my appointment. Very professional the entire time!!! I would certainly recommend First Call Heating and Cooling to anyone needing help.

Never have an issue with Steve , honest on point and direct on what my needs are.
I've known Steven for over 5 years, and always did outstanding work. He was by today to do preventive maintenance on our ac unit inside and out. Thank God he did, the outside unit needed a part to keep us running proficiently. I do encourage everyone to do this in the spring and the fall. The cost is nothing compared to having to put a new unit in. I will tell you this, he know his business and does it with the professionalism he had learned in his trade. Steven was quick on the call, he made it to the house within 30 minutes and pinpointed and fixed the problem within 15 minutes of showing up. If I have any other HVAC problems in the future I’ll be sure to call him!
Steven was wonderful. Above and beyond service, very thorough service with my unit. I say above and beyond because my neighbors cat was stuck on the roof of my condo complex and Steven even got his tall ladder and rescued the cat. May people these days would not do that. Thanks to Steven for a great experience with the winter tune-up on my unit and for helping my neighbor save his kitty.

Steven knows what he's doing. Was referred to him by a coworker. Had him come and do an inspection to make sure I was in shape for the summer on a property I just bought. He went through everything very throughly even though the system is less than 3 years old. Felt very taken care of at a very fair price. Was very happy to hear him tell me that the maintenance has been kept up with and that a once a year check up will keep in excellent condition for years to come.

Being an epileptic that is usually triggered by heat, having the air conditioning go out can be a very scary thing. Steven has been extremely prompt and able to help, sometimes within a moments notice. Would definitely recommend him!
