Alberto was very thorough and spent extra time to make sure our AC system was working at peak efficiency. He had the latest equipment to monitor all system information including hi and low pressures, incoming and out going line temperatures. The amperages were check on the compressor and the fan and everything was recorded on the invoice. This is the best this system has worked in the last ten years. I have never had this much confidence that everything was done correctly and I will be using this company in the future. I am very happy with the service we received. Mitch A.
My house AC unit stopped blowing cold air so I called Albero he offered to come check it out the same day, found the issue and fixed it in 30 minutes. Good people, professional and good prices with warranty on the parts.
Alberto from First Call came highly recommend from my neighbor. When my AC unit stopped getting cold, Alberto answered my phone call right away, and came buy the next day and had it repaired in an hour! Outstanding job. Highly recommend using this professional for all your hvac work!
I had to call him for a second opinion because the my landlord sent a guy out that had to call his boss im assuming and watch youtube videos to diagnose my ac issue witch was coated at 1800 for the repairs and landlord was trying to blame for the issue and bill me for it . I called 1st call because the landlord had used him before I explained the situation that i was in he came checked the ac figured out there was a pressure problem and fixed it witch was about 10 times cheaper that what the first technician was trying to charge.
Got a same day appointment, and had George come by. He had the right part and was able to fix it in 45 minutes. He was very professional and very proficient. I highly recommend this company. I have nothing but great things to say.
Prices are too high
I have used Alberto at 1st Call for all my heating and air conditioning maintenance for the past several years. Recently I had him replace all my thermostats to the new LED style. Alberto is very knowledgeable and has good recommendations to help with any situation and repair. I highly recommend Alberto and this company. They are timely, professional, and a real value for the outstanding service provided.
The only highly recommended service in the area that I would use. Very respectful of the home. Wore booties the entire time and did not fingerprint up the place. Delivered on his service, repaired the parts, even came in on a Sunday to get the house to cool down due to an A/C failure. Great customer service. Thank you for taking care of the house. Great Work!

I was referred to this business by my neighbor, who lives a few houses down from me. I will definitely use them for my heating and cooling needs from here on out. On time, professional , but most importantly- honest. If your honest, then other traits such as professionalism, value and quality will be right there. Not only did they do what I requested, but when I had a concern on how to fix the wiring on my backyard AC unit that the dogs chewed up, Alberto was able to fix that so it would never happen again. He even weather-proofed it. This totally went above my expectations. I definitely recommend them as they know what they are doing and take pride in their work.

I have been working with Alfonso for a couple years. Very professional and will charge you a reasonable price compared to these larger HVAC companies. He is the only guy I call for the HVAC needs of my business and I recommend him to as many people as I can. Don't make the mistake of going with a big company, instead hire an honest small business that is extremely good at what they do.
