We had been putting off getting a new Air Conditioner. The cost, the hassle and the horror stories you hear. First and Foremost was the only company we considered using when we finally bit the bullet. Professional, Respectful and Thorough from start to finish. We were delighted with not only the service but the price and options available to us. No hassle or horror here! The difference literally blew us away! Great customer service, response time to calls was excellent. The service guy was out within a couple hours of the call for my A/C not working. They repaired my system the same day and came out the next morning to replace entire system. The company contacted me a year later to schedule a service the unit, we’re on time and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had an emergency where my A/C wasn’t working. Joe responded to my house quickly and was very thorough in troubleshooting the problem. He explained by as he worked and fixed my A/C in no time. First and Foremost is the best AC company around town. We were having issues with our unit and not only did they show up the next day to help but they were able to detect the issues and recommend what is best suit for our circumstance. Needing a new AC unit was determined and they were able to get the old unit running for the time being but also, able to get a new unit installed the very next day. Professional and courteous as well as competitive pricing. *Bonus* they are family owned! We are thankful for this company and would HIGHLY recommend.

I have used First and Foremost several times, Joe is very professional and honest even looked up and found out one major part coil was still under warranty even after just about five years and got taken care of. Highly recommend. He helped me with a another rental and corrected an issue easily after another company had looked at and said needed new unit.
Honest company that will never try and sell you something you don’t need. We were told we needed an new AC unit. Instead first and foremost came out and fixed our problem. They are fast and friendly and we will continue to use them!
