Our furnace started being unreliable and would shut off during the middle of the night. We contacted FireHouse Service Company via their website and Jen called first thing the next morning and we scheduled someone to come out right away. Dave was prompt and came in with all the Covid protocols in place. He was able to diagnose the problem, explain the situation in terms we could understand and even changed the settings on our Nest that would shut off the furnace. Justin, the owner called later that day and provided a few different quotes for a new furnace - which we knew we would need since the last one lasted over 23years. Anyway, Justin explained to us the differences, gave us suggestions and in no way pressured us. We set up the installation day and he gave us his personal cell number in case our heat went out before the new furnace was installed. Dave came back to install the new furnace with another installer, and both were very professional. I would highly recommend FireHouse Service Co to everyone!
These guys don’t just come in and sell you something you think you need or something that they need to sell; they listen to you and really come up with a plan to make sure your HVAC system is cared for and that you’re comfortable with. They’re honest and respectful.
When I bought my house it had a humidifier hooked up to the furnace that was about 200 years old(maybe 30yrs). It didn’t work. I called firehouse service for a new install. He came and did the job and we were back up and running the same day. He also fixed a few gaps I had in my duct work.

My furnace when out in the middle of a storm and it got very cold in my house. One call to firehouse services company had a technician in my house within 2 hours. They changed a gasket replaced an electronic board and it cost me less than $300. Great job men I couldn't be more satisfied.

This is a first rate company. Had a leak of unknown origin in my radiator heat system. A local company refused my business.firehouse Service Co. Fixed it at a very fair price. They are my go to company for all things heating or AC related.
They were able to help me over the phone and give guidance for a fix for AC and furnace. Issues with both units at separate times. These are original from when my house was built and NOT equipment that they installed or previously worked on. I don’t think too many companies would be willing to do that.

I have used firehouse service company a number of times over the years for routine inspections and repairs to my furnace and an air conditioning unit. It gives me great confidence to know I am hiring high-caliber professionals for such work. I liked that the guys cleaned up after themselves and we're polite and courteous. I referred them to a relative of mine who had their heat go out and they were there within a couple of hours to get their furnace up and running.
