Second time using Fire & Ice Heating/Cooling, once again Jason was great! Not only did he fit me into his schedule on Sunday, he came back few hours later to repair secondary issue with my a/c unit.
Honestly the best place ever . I will recommend them to anybody This people are great , friendly & best prices .
I called Jason the day before and he told me his schedule was pretty booked for the next day. I called him anyway and he immediately came to my rescue. He squeezed me in and man was I happy. You can't be in a house in Florida without air, especially and old house. Thank you Jason for always taking care of Family Promise. You are the best!!

The whole Fire and Ice team were great to work with. Our AC stopped working and they had someone out there a day later getting everything back up and running. They handled themselves very professionally and I never felt at any point I was being sold any service or repair. They also helped walk us through some preventative maintenance we can do to keep the unit running great.

Professional team. Very friendly. Quality work at a reasonable price. Team installed an island hood as well as AC Zone Controllers. Edit: Jason and Jen came out after we heard a popping noise when running the fan. Found a small piece of insulation had made it into the duct. System purrs now. Great team.

We were very impressed with Jason from Fire and Ice! He is without a doubt the BEST at communicating with us and keeping us in the loop every step of the way with our repairs. He was always prompt, if he was running a few minutes behind we would get a text. He also returned every text we sent. Jason is exceptionally knowledgeable and always took the time to explain what was needed to make the repair. Most importantly Fire and Ice is thorough in their assessment of the needed repairs and educating you as to why the repair is needed and what you can expect to achieve with the repair. We will ALWAYS recommend Jason with Fire and Ice - they will ALWAYS be our choice for all our cooling & heating needs!!

We had Jason and Jenn from Fire & Ice come out for an AC tune-up. From the start, they were so helpful, courteous and efficient. They were also so informative and walked me through everything they were doing and would educate me along the way. They were recommended to me from a local FB group and I will definitely use them as our go-to service company going forward!

I used them at my old house, just bought a new house and had them come by to check out the system. They noted several things that the home inspector mentioned and gave me a couple options. We went ahead with the system maintenance cleaning and repairs. Couldn't be happier, house is cooler in the late afternoon.
Just had to have my compressor replaced and this company was top notch! They were quick, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely call on them for any future AC needs! I highly recommend them.
