Good and Quick Service. Great attitude, good price. Overall work completed to my expectations. Work performed: Wiring sorted out and general maintenance. My system is now running our new smart thermostat and system is clean, no complaints.
This guy is not professional at all. He installed our AC/Heater unit wrong and now it will cost a thousand bucks to fix his screw up. Water leaked into my unit because he damaged vent tube for heater and cracked it and he used screws to fix the problem but that it made it worse. He didn't seal the vent tube well on roof at all. Now Water from rain leaked down vent tube to the inside unit to motor and other components which are ruined now. This guy is a joke stay away! Deserves zero stars!
Tim and his son, have been wonderful to work with. Honest, reliable and more than happy to help out in an emergency situation. They have come to my rescue a couple times now and I look forward to continuing to do business with them.
Tim and his son replaced my HVAC system in my new (to me) town home. They showed up every day exactly when they said they would and cleaned up very well before they left (even to the point of vacuuming the carpets I ended up ripping out the next day). The AC works beautifully, and I'm super happy with their work! They were both kind, knowledgeable, and respectful, and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
We had an ac company check out our furnace because our heat stopped working, and he noticed what was evidence of a carbon monoxide leak. We called the Gas Co. for a safety inspection and they red tagged the furnace. Tim from Fire & Ice came to fix it and the heating worked again. Immediately after Tim left I stood in front of the furnace and I smelled gas so I called the Gas Co again for a safety inspection. They came, confirmed the gas leak Tim had left after fixing the furnace, and the furnace was red tagged a 2nd time. The note the Gas Co left on the furnace said: "Notice of HAZARDOUS Conditions: Do not use until corrected: It may result in property damage, personal injury or loss of life." It seems Tim doesn't really know what he's doing because after he fixed our red tagged furnace it immediately got red tagged again by the Gas Co. If I hadn't been diligent to check for any smells coming from the furnace, as the gas company guy said that not fixing the issue could cause an EXPLOSION! I wish I had asked them to put this in writing. Very scary. The worse part is that Tim told our landlord that for sure I must have messed with the furnace to cause the gas leak. How awful! It sounds like he said that to cover his ass. I don't even know how to open a bottle of wine, less mess with a furnace in dangerous condition to cause a gas leak! All I want is for my house to be warm! So after the furnace got red tagged a 2nd time, Tim came over and after messing with it for a while he said he didn't want to touch it and left the furnace gas off, just the way the Gas Co left it. What I didn't appreciate was how Tim didn't want to disclose to me what was really wrong with the furnace. He said he'd tell the landlord and the landlord could tell me. And we still don't have heat in our house which has tile floors, which makes it colder. I would NOT recommend Tim for this type of service. And if you do hire him make sure to call the gas company right after for a safety inspectio
