Have been using them for 2 years. There was some communication issues at the beginning (no report of my unit condition when they were supposed to have one). Notice of when they would be coming on site. They just did a 2X price increase, which I understand costs have gone up. But they gave NO notification and performed services without my approval at this new cost. So if you go with them, just be aware that they could increase prices to anything they want at any time and not tell you.
We have used Filter Swap for 2 years. They have always shown up and replaced filters as agree. I get emailed pictures of the dirty filters that are being replaced. They have great communication. I would highly recommend filter swap to anyone looking for great service and price.
Everything was great! They showed up about 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment, they got the job done quick, and everyone was very professional! Definitely gonna keep using them!

Like the review below, they intrude without permission and send you an estimate that was about 3 times the average cost or maintenance. Devious and without scruples. Most of the 5 star reviews below are spurious.
Great work and very fast.
Took upon themselves without request to open my unit and proceed to take filters out and take photos to then disrupt my business to advertise their business. I would say this is the most invasive and rudest means to ensure never being contracted by me or my business. Gayle D. Rosewood Hair Studio
