I put my request in via AHS and was contacted within 15 hours of submission to schedule Santiago's visit. He came by promptly at 9:00a and chatted with me while he did his troubleshooting of my furnace. Santiago was incredibly kind and professional and took the time to educate me about the system and HVAC as a whole. AHS approved the quote incredibly quickly and Santiago was back within an hour of that to get my furnace up and running again. I cannot properly express how pleased I am with the service call and workmanship. If at all possible, I would request Fig Brothers Heating & Air for ANY and ALL service needs. As a new homeowner the idea of my furnace failing is catastrophic - but Fig Brothers took excellent care of my needs. Thank you SO MUCH!
I had a new duct put in to run heat to a new addition to my home. They are easy to get ahold of, got me into their schedule right away, arrived as planned, and did a great job! If I need help again I plan on calling them. Thanks guys!
Furnace quit on us overnight and they had a tech come out before lunch. Family coming to town for our wedding and they got everything working again. Grateful for their response and thoroughness.

We used Fig Brothers on our new build and were very pleased with the work! They were responsive throughout the entire process from rough-in to the final trim stage and were very respectful of our new home, making sure to clean up after themselves, making sure we knew how to operate the system, etc. Highly recommended!
