Louis Jr. was helpful and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. I had been told by a different AC/heating company just days earlier that my heat coils were burned and my coolant was very low. NOT TRUE. If you want honest, reliable, experienced help, call Fessmire for sure. So thankful for Fessmire!
Mr Fesmire did a great job of showing me about the heating units in my new house and getting everything running. One unit I thought might need replaced he fixed quickly and now I'm ready for winter! Very courteous and professional and I highly recommend using his service!

They were on time, very professional, cared about your home and made sure they left things clean and the way they found them. Super happy to leave this review for Fesmire Heating and Air. From my very first call to the follow up call after service was complete, I have been super impressed with the professionalism, care, and quality of their work. Our furnace went out during the coldest day we have had this year and he showed up that day to fix. When we realized we were going to need a new furnace, ours was 32 years old :( , he lent us heaters to carry us through until they could install. It was a truly life and money saver for us. His team was professional, kind and thorough. We will be having them back to install our central air. a giant THANK YOU!!!

In February of 2018 I contacted Fesmires for a quote for a new furnace and to upgrade to central air. Louie came out and gave me a fair quote. I immediately scheduled the install which he and his crew worked around my insane schedule to make happen. He arrived on time and had the whole system finished within a few hours! Since then I've contact him on 3 separate occasions for maintenance which he promptly handled. Recently he installed a furnace at my elderly parents house which at the best rate of anybody in pueblo! Not only did he provide amazing service to my parents one of which had dementia he observed a hazard of illegal venting on their hot water heater during the install. Loui Fesmire went above and beyond what he was contacted to due and fixed this dangerous issue for my parents! I will continue to use Fesmire plumbing and heating and will recommend him to anybody who is looking for hvac work done!
Company is very detail oriented. Technician was fabulous very friendly. He went through our whole system to find the problem. Had an issue that we didn't see and he responded right away to get it taken care of. Highly recommend this company for your HVAC system. Will definitely use this company again if needed.

First, we had a new furnace and a/c unit installed by Fesmire in May. The work they did was outstanding and the entire job was done in less than a day. With the first snowfall this Sept. in Pueblo, our furnace came on and unfortunately quit working around 2am. Fesmire was called at 7 am and was at the house before 8am. The unit shutdown, as it was designed to do, due to a gas regulator not working outside the house. Mr. Fesmire called our utility company while at the house, explained the problem and we had a new meter and regulator installed before 10! Needless to say, I was impressed at the superb customer service provided by Fesmire Plumbing and Heating. This is old fashion WOW service that is rarely seen today- and much appreciated!
Louis Fesmire was awesome. My dad had an issue with his air conditioning unit, he called Mr. Fesmire and he was able to fix the problem in minutes. Turned out to be a fuse, saved my dad time, money and the hassle of it all, just by telling him what he needed to check. Recommend to anyone who needs good service.
This is the third occasion that I’ve called Fesmire Heating/AC and they have been outstanding every time! Timely, professional, courteous and honest. If you’re having cooling or heating problems or need new systems I highly recommend Lew and his Team.

I have been using this company for 20 yrs they do exactly what they tell you they will do and be there on time or earlier. Actually was charged less that quoted by accident and when I called to let him know I owe him more money I was told don't worry about it that it was okay and he will see me next year. If I wasn't pleased with his work I wouldn't call them every year!!! Will never use another company.
