I wish that I could give him more than 5 stars! Our furnace got damaged during severe flooding. I called a different company first, but after they told me I needed a replacement furnace I decided to get a second opinion. Anthony told me that it could be repaired instead, and he saved me a few thousand dollars. He was thorough, honest, and professional. Thank you I couldn't be happier with the overall service.
Ferraro Hvac came out to my house to measure and scope out some hvac work, weeks ago. I took time away from work to be here, show him what needs to be done so he could scope it out, etc. But I never recevied an estimate after he left, so it was a waste of my time which I'm not very happy about.
We have used Ferraro to repair our furnace and our AC unit. Both times they were here within a couple of hours and repaired the issues quickly and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
Anthony is simply the best. He is available, seemingly 24/7. His work ethic and his fairness in pricing are a rare thing in a field with much competition. Every time he is fixing something at my house, I learn something as he is so knowledgeable and always gives helpful information. My hot water heater just went out and he was ready to install a new one the next day! Don, who works with him is equally courteous and knowledgeable and explained what I needed to know to use my system more effectively, and he also told me what I didn’t need. Very happy to have Ferraro in my corner!
I had a pretty significant leak from my air conditioner. I called and left a message and Anthony Ferraro called me back within 30 minutes. He told me he would be there by 1:30. He was early, fixed the problem and the price was very fair! It was a Sunday! He's my new go to for HVAC issues!
I dealt with both John and Don to have my motor replaced in the furnace. They were excellent guys that explained everything to me and gave fair pricing. I would recommend them to anyone that asks. When its time for a new furnace I know who to call.
Great service, honest work and a good price. I bought a house with a “working “ ac unit that cooled long enough to pass a home inspection but couldn’t cool for a whole day once I moved in. Ferraro helped troubleshoot the various issues we found and eventually installed a new unit.
We called Ferraro HVAC for a second opinion on a problem with our air conditioner after another company claimed we had to replace the entire unit (which is only 4 years old and which that company had originally installed) at a cost of well over $4000. The second opinion was well worth it! Anthony fixed our existing air conditioner quickly and for a small fraction of the price the first company wanted to replace it. Anthony also took the time both over the phone when I initially called and then when he came in person to fully explain the issues that were going on, explain what our options were and the prices for each option, answer all of our questions, and explain which option he recommended and why. We will definitely be using Ferraro HVAC for our HVAC needs going forward.
This is my first Google Review and I did it because I believe Anthony at Ferraro HVAC is the best in the business. I have worked with 5-7 different furnace specialists but these guys at Ferraro are just the best. Anthony is available 24/7, he works around my schedule -- he responds to texts right away and he explains what is happening. He is fair and honest with pricing; he doesn't try to oversell you! My only wish is that I had someone like Anthony to be my plumber, handyman, and painter because his service and my trust for him is as high as it can be! There are other companies you can go with but from working with them all, go with Ferraro!!!
