Kudos to Tom for going above and beyond to repair our airconditioner within hours of calling him. He fixed the problem and saved us money instead of replacing it. Thank you! I highly recommend this business!

Tom came out the morning I called him and had my furnace up and running in no time. Very professional “old school” businessman. Will definitely call him again!
It is enormously satisfying to see Tom diagnose a problem inside of 10 minutes and then pull the replacement part out to just fix it. He has done that more than once now at my place, working on my aging furnace as well as AC. I already dread the day he might decide to retire.

Nice people, but will not due furnace installs in crawl spaces. Wished they did would have given then a shot based on their reviews.

Literally a year and a half ago is when I had to have a repair on my AC unit and I'm sitting here thinking about how awesome their customer service was...so much so I thought I need to make sure to write a review! It was a crazy hot day and even with all the appointments I know they get in the heat of the summer- he squeezed me in and got it fixed same day! Explained everything clearly and decent pricing. Keep up the great work!
They were booked up for the day and still managed to squeeze me in! They were out within the hour, price was great and my furnace was put back to working order in no time. Really appreciate the great customer service!

I'm beyond happy with the service I received from Fenton Heating & Cooling. I called Tom late on a Thursday evening and met me within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, explained everything step by step, took time to make sure I understood what he was doing, what I needed to do in the future, etc. Very knowledgeable. The price was more than fair! I recommend them 100%.

Fenton Heating and Cooling was quick to respond when I called. Tom was very professional and gave me good advice, well, an educated guess, since the noise my furnace was making all morning and yesterday morning stopped just prior to Tom's arrival:{ We discussed options for humidifying the house as well. Based on Tom's professionalism and other good reviews, I will be calling them when the time is right for furnace repair or replacement...hope the furnace holds out for awhile!
