If this company is sent by your home warranty company, refuse them and do not pay them. They will collect a service fee from you, “fail” to submit the proper paperwork to the warranty company, and just keep the service fee. They also will not answer the phone or return your call unless you leave a nasty message.
I wanted to share an experience on a recent repair through my home warranty. The tech Miguel was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful and informative. They seemed to have fixed the issue and I am very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone!

Victoria is amazing with her Fast and Friendly, Knowledgable and Responsive customer service. She dispatched the technician to my home inspection in a fast manner. The tech, Daniel, was very professional and answered all my questions in a very helpful not rushed ambiance despite having many other calls left for the day. Definitely Recommend!!!!

Fantastic service from some amazing professionals. Punctual, thorough, and fast. I called the friendly receptionist, scheduled service, Feniv's came out quick, gave me a great upfront repair cost. They replaced my 15yr old unit fast and had me cool and comfortable again in no time. I definitely recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
